Beautiful property. Incredible sense of peace and calm. Nice dining area with tons of natural light. The front desk upon check in was absolutely professional and a joy to work with. Unfortunately, the next morning's experience was a bit of a change of direction. I had breakfast in the dining area, and before completing my meal I need to ask the front desk a question so I asked the male server to watch my table, and I would return momentarily. Upon returning I found the female server removing everything from my table including my personal items which they should not be touching especially given I gave a notice. The two male and female were so loud in their personal conversation that it disrupted the tranquil dining atmosphere and ruined the feeling of peace and serenity. Secondly upon check out I asked for a copy of my receipt for travel expenses and I was advised they could not print it out since it came from a third party. I explained the last hotel I stayed in Dallas, TX was able to do that for me. I get the restrictions and the policies of the hotels what I'm not happy with and concerned for the management of this property is the tone in which the front desk agent used with me, raising his voice, never offered any kind of apologies or helpfulness in his approach, he went directly to defensive posture when he should have gone to my paying customer deserves hospitality and empathy not a rude condescending young man. My check in was awesome and professional but it ended there
