Luxury villa with pool on an ancient sugarcane plantation

Habitation Manatee offers you a 250-sq.m living space at ground floor, which cannot be looked into from the outside, on a 2,000-sq.m property. This 'Habitation', unique in its kind, has been built on an ancient sugarcane plantation ground. An artist-designer provided the decorated and lay-out of the house around an indoor patio and an outdoor kitchen/dining area next to the pool. The garden, almost exclusively planted with palm trees and cactuses, is completely secured by an electric gate and walls. The house is fully equipped: with an excellent comfort it receives up to 6 adults and 2 children. The swimming pool is secured by means of an alarm and a removable fence.

All of the bedrooms have air conditioning and fly screens. The house has 4 bedrooms:
