J’ai réserver 2 chambres , sur place on m’a dit qu’il n’y avait plus de chambres disponible alors qu’il y’en avait mais ils ont préférés choisir un client booking car plus rentable pourtant j’ai réserver avant et j’étais sur place avant , on m’a dit qu’on allait me rembourser et finalement on m’a remboursé qu’une chambre .
