There is no elevator available. The staff has to assist me in my heels get my items up the stairs. No directions how to order room service. I had ordered food earlier in the week and had it delivered to work paid by card on the phone but that is not an option from your room. Room was not clean and furniture in room looks dated. The food is amazing.

The room was okay. Good bed and fluffy towels, but run down. Outside was dirty. I was overcharged, but told there was nothing they could do. Breakfast was terrible - cold eggs, cold potatoes, empty bacon dish. Very stale donuts and bagels. No one in the kitchen area for the 30 minutes we stayed hoping for fresh food. Will not stay again.
