The hotel was great, food was great as well. Only small complaint was that if dogs are in the premises to assig them to areas where not other people without dogs are. Twice my kids and I were awaken by a large dog (loud dog barks) one at 1 am and the other at 7 am. But overall it was a great stay and I will stay here again.

What truly stood out was the overall experience. The room was spotless and extremely comfortable, the staff was consistently friendly, attentive, and professional, and the amenities were well-maintained and thoughtfully designed. From check-in to check-out, everything felt seamless and welcoming. It was clear that great care is taken to ensure guests feel at home. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

The staff was absolutely incredible here. Very polite and helpful. They're 5 stars. The only complaint are 2 things: the pillows are absolutely terrible and the size of the shower is small. My husband and I both hit my elbows multiple times on the metal bar on the wall each time we showered. The rooms are large enough that this was just poor design but with that bar, it's right at elbow height, it makes the shower tight.

Breakfast food was good, but they ran out of food often and also ran out of clean plates and silverware. Room was spacious and space was maximized, but there was broken tile on the bathroom floor and the toilet did not function properly during the stay, even after it was reported.

The pans that the eggs, Canadian bacon and hash browns were in were too heavy. It was hard to lift the lids off of the pans. They were also too hot to the touch. The yogurt looked good but the berry compote looked gross. If you’re going to do a yogurt/fruit bar then put out good looking fruit. Basically, more money needs to go to the breakfast bar to increase the quality of the food overall.

Overall, very convenient to the convention center, but probably wouldn't stay here again. The property was fairly run down and the room wasn't that comfortable. We also were placed right next to the elevator and listened to that run all night.
