I gave this a 5 stars as it was convenient, everything is included in property. Overall property is clean EXCEPT 1 of the bath towels has a stain on it. Have to wonder if its clean or not. I used the towel anyway, but my wife was grossed out. The only other issue was there were a ton of bugs at night. I understand that is normal in FL as I am a native of FL, but owner could provide some sort of bugs repellent. A lot of mosquitos went right inside when we went inside the house. I killed like a dozen of them with a napkin. Otherwise, the property itself is very clean. AC super cold and with remote. Everything is needed for staying. Definitely would stay here again!!

Aramoix has done an outstanding job with this tiny house. Use of space, decor, plenty of choices for charging stations, clear instructions, small kitchen area had everything you would need to prepare meals. Shower was great with on the wall body wash, shampoo & conditioner. Neat motion detector for small bathroom trash to open & close with hand motion, cute turtles covering toilet stabilizer bolts & many many other well thought out placement of items for convenience & aesthetics. Outdoor space was Very nice as well. Quite impressed with outdoor furniture cushions stored hanging up so if rained on, they naturally dry out. Wonderful wonderful stay at the Relaxing Wilson Tiny House. Convenient location to parks, gardens, nature preserve, downtown Lakeland & the sports fields in Auburndale.

The Tiny House is a wonderful place to stay for one or two people. We needed a place to sleep, eat breakfast, and wind down at the end of the day while spending the rest of the day with our grandkids. It is an ideal venue for that schedule. The rooms were spotless. Everything worked. Our host was prompt in responding to all our questions and needs. We would definitely stay there again.
