Enjoy this home with all the amenities it has to offer, including a pool heated all season long. The location between Tampa and Orlando makes this the ideal spot for enjoying the best of Florida, like Disney World and Bush Gardens. Location also provides a balance of proximity to nature and nearby shopping centers.
As experienced hosts, we're mindful of the need for spacious areas for the pets to roam in the backyard and even for storage in the three-car garage! There's also plenty of space under the completely screened pool to enjoy a bug-free day and night with the loved ones.
The pool beams with multiple LED colors and can be controlled from a remote. Adding to that, there's the gas-burning fire pit table sparkling with glass beads. And as if that weren't enough, outside awaits Adirondack chairs surrounding a wood-burning fire pit all set for a wholesome evening.
Peaceful neighborhood community.
Home was prepared with the precious ones in mind: children and pets. The pool can be guarded with a removeable safety fence, as well as the upper stairway with a gate (also removeable) to the entertainment room, leaving you with a sense of security and a way to truly relax at the stay!
