Lakefront Near Legoland Easy Drive to Disney / Theme Parks (pets considered)
Tranquil sunsets over the skiable lake and the private hot tub are not to be missed!! You will feel like you are at your own private resort on this 2 acre property!
4 br 3 bath - nearly 4,000 sf LAKEFRONT home with a grand 10+ person hot tub (NOTE: not a Jacuzzi with bubbles and jets) with an outdoor heated shower in Lake Wales, Fl. The Master suite has a king bed and dedicated bathroom. Ensuite 2nd master has a king and dedicated bathroom, 1 br has a queen bed and shared bathroom. We have a pull out couch in the office. Additionally, there is enough space in the family room to set up a blow up bed. There is a crib and pack and play available as well.
We are set up for kids with a sand and water table out back, tricycles to ride on the oversized lower back porch or in the front drive. Volleyball court can be set up. House sits on nearly 2 acres of beautiful lush green property, which is perfect for a family gathering or picnic. Huge kitchen! Great sound system, karaoke machine, and music room.
The family room and one of the bed rooms is full of toys and games. We have Cable, a Firestick, and tons of recorded programing.
Our home is not perfect as with any older home, but it is clean, comfortable, and in a very safe neighborhood. This will be a home away from home. It is a family estate that is used by our family when not exchanged or rented, so if your looking for a completely sterile environment this is not your place. If you want to feel at home with the little things that make a home feel like a home, with plenty of room to have your own personal peaceful vacation, then this is your place. We have lots of toys, swings, slack line, a hot tub, pool toys, books, games and more to give you that old fashioned lake house vacation, but near several fun attractions as well.
The location is 3 min from Bok Tower (We have passes that our guests may go for free to Bok Tower), 15 min from Legoland, and tons of great fishing and hiking spots in the area.
45 min - 1 hr Disney, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, and Disney Springs; 2 hr from Clearwater Beach or Coco Beach (we are in the dead center of the state); 1 hr and 20 to Universal Studios; great fishing in Kississmee State Park; several great state parks to hike and be one with nature. Winter water-skiing!

Wedding and fun in Lake Wales
We had a wonderful time and were amazed at the size of the house. We enjoyed breakfast on the veranda every morning watching the birds and enjoyed the tranquility. Beautiful.

Whimsical Water Wonderland
My family and I were celebrating a fishing themed birthday party and had an absolutely wonderful time. The house is extremely comfortable and has everything we could have needed and more. If you do wind up missing anything or have any questions the host was extremely gracious and responsive to all questions. The Lake is the perfect size for our family needs and we had two small boats and a small sailboat that we were able to comfortably beach behind the house for the duration of our stay. The fishing was consistent and productive once we dialed in the bite. Overall we were extremely satisfied with our stay and very grateful for the wonderful hospitality and look forward to the next opportunity to stay here. The memories we made will last a lifetime!
