Needs deep cleaning

The staff were really nice, the electric bike employee was friendly and knowledgeable. The indoor pool was clean, but our room was not the cleanest. I found someone else's hair in the shower, the floor in our room was dirty. We attempted to go to the bar and have a couple of drinks, until we saw the bartender eating food behind the bar. This was awkward, my husband and I just walked away (maybe they were understaffed and he couldn't get a proper break). I also went to the coffee and merchandise shop, we were going to pick up some snacks for later in the day. ALL of the chips were expired, the expiration date was 08/12, and they were still trying to sale them. That was disappointing. The parking is valet only and $40 per day, for ppl staying at the hotel the parking should be free. The location is right at state line which was great.

Loved the beachy vibe and the look of the place. Pool was clean and very fun. Ate at JWB steakhouse and food was excellent as well as food at License to Chill. Great location close to casinos and Heavenly Valley village shops. Walking distance to pier. Overall great stay.

Some of the staff were great. Some were quite rude. Fairly indifferent when asked if the room would be ready by check in. I have never encountered that so I was quite surprised given the price. The pool and hottub were disgusting. I will spend my money elsewhere next time I am in SLT.

not satisfied on stay

the bathroom is very dirty you can see black stuffs no plastics on the trash, the ac is not good always stop they charge me more the valet is not needed but they want u so u dont have a choice im not staying here again and no microwave so dont bring food or take outs no place to heat it

Modern beautiful property in the middle of the strip best choice in my opinion to be in this area. The rooms are huge clean smells great . Nightly band was fun, indoor heated pool very convenient as it rained this weekend. Would stay here again when we’re back to Tahoe.

A good stay overall.

We enjoyed our stay here. The renovations have made this place vibrant and have given it a great new look and vibe. We liked the decore and the amenities. It's super clean from the room to the hallways. There were two things though that prevented us from giving it a perfect score. The first is the pool was super cold. I don't really believe it's heated and so it was not as enjoyable, especially since we spend so much on resort fees. It seemed also to have an excess concentration of chlorine. Also, when we checked in our flyer indicated $29 for valet parking(there is no self-parking). At check out we were billed $40. When we explained this to staff, she said they were just in the process of updating the flyers with the new pricing. This was disappointing. What a huge jump in pricing. The resort is clean, and overall staff is friendly, but you can tell they are still adjusting to all the changes in the hotel. Very convenient walk to the casinos, restaurants and shops.

Our room smelled and it was very dusty and dirty. The pool has so much chlorine it was hard to breath in the pool area.

The property was conveniently located. The bathroom shower had black mold on the wall and floor. We reported it to the front desk. They sent someone to clean it. We returned to a room smelling strongly of bleach. They opened the window, but left the bleach rag on the dresser. The place wasn't vacuumed or the floors swept. For the money charged, and increasing with each day because it was a weekend is entirely too much. Add on a 50 resort fee plus tax for each day AND a $40 daily valet fee. I was told we could self park but parking was minimal. The valets told us we could not self park. Do better Margaritaville Very disappointed Thank goodness we weren't stuck in our overpriced dirty room. Plenty to see and do.

Even though the price to stay at this hotel has increased a lot over the last few years, I noticed the service and amneties you get have decreased. For example, breakfast is not included now, and less frequent room services. They don't provide a microwave in room any more. Only 2 low quality microwaves are there for common use. Overall, the quality and the services you get have gone down when compared to my previous stays at this same property.
