Perfect place to stay!
2nd time we have stayed here and it was an absolute pleasure. Room was spotless, bed was very comfortable, linens were high quality. They had the fireplace on and the room was warm to walk into after skiing. Service and check-in is contactless, everything done thru texting, and the get back to you within minutes. Checkin is effortless and they text you your door lock code. This will now be our go to hotel. We come skiing every 2-3 weeks. We love everything about Firelite Inn!!

Truly contactless hotel. All communications via text, all property access digital. Responsiveness gets an A . Very accommodating to my arrival and departure times, bed requirements and any other requests. Great location, comfortable beds, good heat,simple but well appointedroom.. Highly recommended.

A good place to stay one night for Tahoe trip. Room is spacious, fireplace is efficient for heating. Just some facilities are old, for example the legs of the table were unstable. Automatic check in and out without any staff make it more affordable.

OMG - Make the messages STOP!!!
2nd time I’ve stayed here, and when I booked this time, I forgot that. The rooms are nicely done and clean - for those I’d 100% stay again. Why I won’t?? The number of digital communications for just a 1 night stay was ridiculous. I’d say at least 20 but could have been more, via email & text and then they upped the ante to also include WhatsApp! I mean, you’re trying to enjoy yourself for a night/day at the lake, but are continuously harassed by auto-sent messages about checkin, parking, checkout, MULTIPLE times. Never again!!! I mentioned this privately to them last time but I swear, it’s more than before. Doesn’t matter to me if it’s contact-free and without a person present, it’s just too much.
