Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Turn AC up to 78.
Remove all trash from the house, back patio, dock & beach. Place in designated trash cans & take to the road.
If grill was used, please remove food & food pieces. Also, make sure the propane is turned off on all gas appliances.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
