Fairway Villa 1404 at Rumbling Bald

This one level condo overlooks beautiful Rumbling Bald Mountain and the first, ninth, and eighteenth fairways of Bald Mountain Golf Course.  This recently renovated condo has two bedrooms, each with two queens, two connecting baths, and sleeps 8.  This condo offers cable TV, with three flat screen televisions, DVD players, and ample seating in all areas.  The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cookware.  This condo features stainless steal appliances, a range, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, hairdryers, iron/board, garbage disposal, and washer and dryer.  Across the street, Bald Mountain Lake has a fishing pier, and a picnic area with public charcoal grills.  The condo is within easy walking distance to the Wellness Center, restaurants, pools, and all  amenities.  
CANCELLATIONS/TRANSFERS. Requests must be in writing and received by a Rumbling Bald on Lake Lure rental agent. In the event Tenant must cancel this reservation more than 45 day prior to arrival, Tenant shall receive a refund of all payments made, less a cancellation fee of $50.00. Cancellations that occur within 45 to 15 days prior to arrival will be charged a cancellation fee of 25% of the total reservation charges. Cancellations which occur within 14 days of arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to the amount of the reservation. NO refunds will be given for early departures or unused portions of packages.

HOUSEKEEPING SUPPLIES: There is a one-two day starter supply of items such as coffee packets, toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent (where appropriate), shampoo, and soap that has been supplied for your vacation rental. All towels, sheets, and linens are provided for the allowed occupancy number of each unit.  There is no housekeeping service provided during your stay. If you run out of any starter supplies, you many purchase these at Apple Valley Market or Ingles Grocery.
