Apple Valley 03 at Rumbling Bald

This premium, lower-level, end unit is upscale, stylish, sophisticated, and has an immaculate attention to detail with a King size bed and sleeper sofa.  There is a large dresser, chair with foot rest, kitchen with full size refrigerator, dishwasher, large island with two burner flat top stove, two bar stools, microwave, and coffee maker.  There is a separate vanity area from the full bathroom.  This villa comes with a 32-inch entertainment experience. The television has a Sony Blu-Ray player with internet connectivity offering access to standard TV, DVD, or Blu-Ray, movies, video, music, and numerous specialty channels. This rental also contains an iPod docking station with Bose speaker for prime listening pleasure.  Go outside the sliding glass doors to the covered deck with comfortable rattan seating.  
 
This studio is located approximately one mile away from the main amenities. This property does not have a water view but overlooks the two lane country road that runs in front of the property. There are no laundry facilities. Rented golf carts cannot be taken to this unit.  No smoking and no pets.

HOUSEKEEPING SUPPLIES: There is a one-two day starter supply of items such as coffee packets, toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent (where appropriate), shampoo, and soap that has been supplied for your vacation rental. All towels, bath mats, sheets, and dish clothes are provided for the allowed occupancy number of each unit and there is no housekeeping service provided during your stay. If you run out of any starter supplies, you many purchase these at Apple Valley Market or Ingles Grocery.

CANCELLATIONS/TRANSFERS. Requests must be in writing and received by a Rumbling Bald on Lake Lure rental agent. In the event Tenant must cancel this reservation more than 45 day prior to arrival, Tenant shall receive a refund of all payments made, less a cancellation fee of $50.00. Cancellations that occur within 45 to 15 days prior to arrival will be charged a cancellation fee of 25% of the total reservation charges. Cancellations which occur within 14 days of arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to the amount of the reservation. NO refunds will be given for early departures or unused portions of packages.
