Wonderful south side pool home in great neighborhood. 3 bedrooms/3 baths, with an indoor laundry room. King bed and flat screen TV in the master suite. Open floor plan with large dining area and breakfast Island. 2 car garage with more driveway parking. Near shopping, restaurants, just a few minutes from Sara Park, and the new Havasu Riviera Marina/Launch. And less than 10 minutes to Lake Havasu State Park.
ALL GUEST MUST BE 25 YEARS with the exception of your children. PETS UPON APPROVAL.
Lake Havasu City is located on what is known as the “West Coast of Arizona,” three hours driving time west of Phoenix, 2½ hours south of Las Vegas and four to five east of the Los Angeles region.
