If you have a big / extended family and friends this house is big enough for them to have separate areas. Our family had the best time at the house. Everything we needed was at the house, all we needed to bring was food and clothing. The house also has soft water and filtered water/ice throughout. Pool and spa were extremely perfect, some of us stayed in for hours at a time. Kellie the host was very responsive and helped with anything that was needed.

This house is so spacious and comfortable. We really liked that the rooms were so separated from each other. The living and kitchen area was huge, perfect for our large group. During the day our favorite part was the pool and in the evening it was nice having the game room and playing pool. Our host Kelli took excellent care of us. We will be back soon.

Lovely home

Lovely home, with a beautiful backyard and pool. I loved that everyone had their own bathroom. Only thing that wasn’t favorable was the drop in water pressure when more than one faucet/shower/appliance was running. Other than that the home was gorgeous, every room has a king size bed and the house layout gives the guests some privacy. Kelly made the check in process very easy and it was nice having someone showing us where everything is in the home- no guessing games or pushing random buttons and switches to figure stuff out.

Happy in Havasu

Great house plenty of room for everyone. We opted for all the rooms in the house and the RV garage and it was awesome. We had two large 2500 diesel trucks to park and having both garages was so nice. 2 refrigerators was huge, plus the beverage fridge in the bar. The kids had a fabulous time in the pool when we were not on the river. The kitchen was plenty large enough for our group. Our host Kelli was so helpful and a pleasure to work with. Having Dish network was great. When you have little ones trying to figure out the app style TV can be difficult so having dish was nice. The house is not far from some great restaurants or the marina we use. The beds were comfortable and the house and property were very clean. This property is definitely a great find!

Perfect Memorial Weekend Getaway!

This lovely home was the perfect fit for our group on our Memorial weekend getaway! Very clean, spacious, and had everything we needed and more!! Kelli was super sweet, I love that she met us there upon our arrival and gave the tour, went over important things to note and answered all of our questions. She was very quick to respond if I had to reach out about anything. The house was a great location, only 5 mins from the local grocery store and from the marina. We were very happy with our stay and plan to book with Kelli again!! :)

We loved this place!!! It was so clean and well stocked. The property manager was very accommodating making checkin easy. The location was great making it easy to boat on the lake. There was so much to do in the house but we really were outside most of the time enjoying the pool which had lots of floats provided. Watching the sunset from the roof was also a treat. We will definitely return!

Great Family Getaway

Beautiful house with all the amenities. The swimming pool is large and perfect for family fun after a day at the Lake. Loved playing billiards and having a “putting tournament” with the group. Super fun house!

We loved the house and the pool was amazing! The kitchen had pretty much everything you need. Kelli was so nice and accommodating! Watching the 4th of July fireworks from the roof was amazing. The rooms are spacious and it was great to have so many bathrooms. I would definitely stay there again! Lovely home!

We’ve stayed in several homes in Havasu over the years and this one was far and away the best one yet! Very spacious for our large family group, very well equipped and very clean! The host was very responsive to any questions we had before and during our stay. Overall, we had a great week in this beautiful home.

The kitchen was well equiped. The bar had all the wine and martini glasses needed for a large group. Kingsized beds in every bedroom were all comfortable. Backyard pool, hot tub, gas firepit, barbecue and tiki torces made for a great gathering space. We watched the sunset from the topdeck every night sharing cocktaiis and the views of the lake. We would definetly book this home again.

Couldn't imagine a better place to get all our children, their significant others, and our grandchildren together in the same place. A great week four our family! The house was great, the pool was awesome and golf, disc golf, boat rentals a short distance away. Something for everyone!

This home is clean, beautiful and spacious. The size of this home accommodated our large family group. I liked that we all had our own bedroom and bathroom. The pool was great and we loved the view at sunset looking out over Havasu. We will definitely be back!

Absolutely amazing property! Gorgeous home! Stunning views! Wonderful pool, relaxing hot tub & bubbling fountains! This property is unbelievable. We had a personal check-in & quick property tour which was very helpful & informative. Check-out was a breeze. The home is extremely clean, quiet & comfortable. Every detail is in place. Very spacious & beautifully furnished inside & out. The pool & outdoor areas are incredible! We spent the majority of our time outside in the pool area, relaxing under the palm trees. The landscaping is a work of art. The views are just breathtaking & we especially enjoyed the unobstructed, stunning sunsets from the rooftop patio. It was perfect, perfect, perfect! We are looking forward to another stay here again soon! Thank you for an unforgettable experience!
