Early check-ins and late check-outs are not offered. If by chance we can accommodate, there will be a $50/hour fee per request. Please be sure to check-out on time to ensure that our team has enough time to thoroughly clean and prepare the property for our next guests. Any unauthorized late check-out is subject to a $50/half hour fee.

**PETS WELCOME**
Well-behaved, Small dogs (under 40lbs) are allowed. NO Cats (Due Allergy Issues)
PET FEE: $150 for 1st pet, $75 for each 2nd and 3rd
HOT TUB: There is no extra charge to heat the hot tub. The hot tub is not heated continuously. We accept no responsibility for any reactions or injuries you or any other guests might experience following the use of this hot tub. Use at your own risk.
SECURITY CAMERAS: There two security cameras actively recording motion and sound. One at each entry points but away from line of sight of hot tub for privacy. These devices are here for your safety as well as to secure the property.
***Note: NO parties, large gatherings, or loud music. Violators of this rule will be asked to leave with no refund and charged a minimum fee of $500.
***Note: You MUST be 25 years of age or older to book the property. Any minor must always be accompanied by a parent. Violators of this rule will be asked to leave with no refund.
***Note: The Property is a Smoking-Free Zone. No smoking/vaping in and around the property. Violation of this rule is subject to a minimum fee of $750.
***Note: No fireworks in or around the property. Violation of this rule is subject to a minimum fee of $500.
Guests give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to verify guest's identity and check criminal databases to confirm the guest's reservation.
