Downstairs, you'll find a spacious living room with a cozy leather sectional and a smart TV, perfect for family movie nights. The fully equipped kitchen boasts high-end appliances, including a KitchenAid blender, Instapot, dual coffee machine for Keurig and drip coffee with a frother, and a variety of spices. Bar seating for three makes it easy to enjoy casual meals. A convenient laundry room, half bath, and the owner's suite with a private bathroom and walk-in closet are also located on the main floor.

Upstairs, two bedrooms share a full bathroom, while the open center room serves as a quiet nook for reading and relaxation.
