Arrived around 7 pm and room was not ready. Had not been cleaned and some help had quit and there was not many workers. Had to wait an hour to get room. We were tired from traveling and my husband was upset.

Our rooms were not ready at 3pm, when we got our rooms they were dirty. The hotel was in obvious construction which was not stated on the website. There was blood on the stairs. The only bright spot was the young lady working the front desk. She handled herself extremely well despite all of the guest throwing insults and blaming her for things out of her control. She was the only the reason we stayed. We regretted it when we saw the room. It was dirty.

We got there and our room wasn't ready, took over 1hr to get one. The receptionist however was nice and patient with us and everyone else waiting for there rooms. Rooms looked so old and not the pleasant smell so basically you get what you pay for.

Our rooms were not ready, our rooms were not clean, there was blood on the stairs, there was obvious construction and it wasnt stated on the website. But the young lady at the front desk on 11/08/2025 at 6pm was amazing. She handled herself with grace and treated everyone with respect and kindness even when other guest traeted her rudely. She was the only reason why we stayed.

Room was dirty. There were brown stains on the sheets. It was a tooth paste cap on the floor in the restroom so you know the floor wasn't swept. There was residue on the counter in the bathroom. The hotel is also under construction.

Did pre-check in online, requested a 3pm arrival. Room wasn't ready at 3:30. Bathroom was still filthy (sand in the sink and it wouldn't drain) for a room we had to wait for. Front desk clerk at arrival wasn't friendly, departing front desk clerk was awesome. Construction debris in the hallway, so not sure the last time it was vacuumed. We have stayed here before, so it was our go-to hotel in the area.

I wasn’t given any information about breakfast, and there was no information about it or other offerings in the room. I was t sure if it was included, or what was offered food and drink wise. No iron in room, I needed one.

Lots of things not working. Probably in essence I got what I paid for. It was great just as overnight place to break a trip of travel up but nothing else

We never got a chance to experience the breakfast or bar, we requested a refund within 10 minutes of checking in. Our first room had hair all on the bed and the 2nd room that was offered to us, the sink had crumbs all on the counter, there was drops of blood in the tub with soap residue on the soap holder, the light in the hallway was constantly blinking on and off. Caused a migration. We spoke with Candace and inquired about a refund. She stated we'll have to do it the Expedia and they'll call her to confirm.
