Located just 15 minutes from the lively casinos and downtown Lake Charles, you'll experience the perfect balance of tranquility and accessibility.
* NO PARTIES ALLOWED - Under no circumstances are parties allowed on the property. If a party is held, the police will be called, and the reservation will be immediately canceled without refund. Additionally, an extra cost of $5,000 imposed by the HOA, plus $300 for extra cleaning, will be charged.
* QUIET HOURS - To ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors, quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM.
* NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND inside the house - $200 Deodorization additional fee will be charged if any smoking is done inside the house.
