Rustic Luxury w/ hot tub, A/C + pet friendly

Welcome to Manzanita Escape! Peaceful relaxation for the whole family (dogs too!) at this mountain escape with hot tub for up to 10 guests and 4 vehicles hosted by 5 star superhost on that other short term rental site. With plenty of outdoor activities (hiking, mountain biking, snowboarding, off-roading), minutes from the Lake Arrowhead Village and plenty of great restaurants, this is a welcome escape. Nestled in the quaint and quiet Deer Lodge Park neighborhood, you’re just a short walk or ride to the San Bernardino National Forest.

The space:
Enter into the great room with a large comfy sofa, 70" 4k Samsung smart TV, dining table, breakfast bar, and updated kitchen with marble countertops and professional stainless stove and other stainless appliances. There is an entrance level bedroom with king bed and a bathroom with shower across the hall.

Downstairs is a second living room with a 65" 4k smart tv, and 3 bedrooms. The master has a king bed and en suite bathroom featuring updated vanity and rain shower head / tub. The second downstairs bedroom features another king bed as well as a sit/stand desk with 32" UHD monitor for those that need to get some work done. The last bedroom features an XL twin over queen bunkbed, with an another twin trundle bed that can be pulled out for additional guests. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom with a spacious vanity and separate water closet with toilet and rain shower / tub.

The patio offers a natural gas BBQ (no propane tank changes needed) and seating with a view of the spacious backyard and the wildlife that graze throughout the day.

The garage features parking for 2 cars and level 2 EV charging included. When cars are not in the garage make use of the 55" smart TV and competition grade ping pong table.

Guest access:
Guests will have self check-in through their unique access code on an electronic lock.

Beautiful Rustic Retreat!

We had a 4 generation family reunion over the Thanksgiving Holiday. The house was perfect for our get together. The bedrooms were very spacious and clean. The living areas was large and the table sat all 10 family members. The kitchen had all of the amenities that we needed to prepare a complete Thanksgiving feast. We spent time playing games, hiking, eating and enjoying each others company. A wonderful time was had by all. We communicated with Brian (owner) several times, and he was always welcoming and very easy to work with. Thank you!

Great communication

Host was very communicative prior to our trip. There was a huuuuge storm, causing road closures…so we actually were not able to stay at the cabin. However, I was happy to find a host that was willing to accommodate dogs and also was great over comms. Will definitely re-book on our next attempted visit to Arrowhead.
