50th reunion celebration
We had 34 of our children and grandchildren with us in the two houses. The yard and beach were wonderful and the kids could run, swim and play with their cousins. We had a few problems with the house, but we emailed the property manager and he took care of most of the problems in a timely manner.

Just what we were looking for!
We hosted our Family Vacation here on the beach, and it was all worked out just as one would hope.
Overall, property worked out well. Did have a couple of issues, those were addressed and fixed quickly. Will add, except for a few missing screens on some of the windows, all issues noted in prior reviews have been solved. Ha, including hacking at the hedges on the driveway!
It was just what we wanted. Great home base, SO much to do on this side of the island, with Waikiki and others spots being just an hour drive away; and one day at those places being more then enough. This side of the Island was great to be on.
Lots of swimming, right outside the door!. A few destination parks (Falls, movie sets, PNCC). All a short drive away.
Could not have worked out better; and will add: The kids and G-Kids all self sorted into the two houses, one a bit more 'quiet' then the other. While my Wife and I claimed the obvious room for our-self.

Property was walking distance to the beach: hot tubs were perfect for heating up the body after the cold water. Plenty of sleeping space and dishes to cook and feed the family. Property was on a semi private beach which was secluded and perfect for privacy

Great stay!
The place was perfect for us ! We had a large group of adults (20) and everyone loved it. It was definitely a bit warm inside during the day, and we did have a big fly problem, but nothing beats the private beach and ability to all be together. The breeze came in at night so people slept comfortably.

Minor issues to be corrected like the driveway had dumpster need to be moved to opposite to have better view of road when exiting; low hanging branches on other side of driveway need trimming; window screens and door screen need replacement to prevent flies and mosquitoes from entering house. Overall the property is beautiful and comfortable for stay. My family thoroughly enjoyed the access to beach and made many wonderful memories. Really didn’t use indoor other than to sleep, all activities were outdoors on the lanai. Would recommend to others and consider for future trips. Thank you for allowing us the use of your property.

Idyllic Property and Lovely Stay
The property could not be a more beautiful and idyllic setting for a large group. The beach was more beautiful than the online listing even showed. The houses had beautiful rooms and plenty of living space for a large number of people. We had hoped it would provide the right base camp for our whole family while on island for our daughter's wedding and it was perfect for it. The only problem was that many things in the house did not work, such as the oven, both coffee makers, most of the fans in the rooms, and quite a few of the blinds. We had to buy new box fans and a coffee maker to make it through the week. We also had to buy every basic, such as salt and pepper, as the house had no supplies whatsoever. On the other hand, the house was equipped with an abundance of towels both for the bathrooms and the beach which was really nice. The hot tub was such a great addition as well as we had some rainy days and the warm water was perfect at the end of the day. For such an expensive rental I wish we could have counted on a working coffee maker and fans that worked in a house with no A/C, but overall you could not find a more beautiful oceanfront property with room for a large family to stay.

Overall, the two houses worked out great for such a large group. The owners do need to address maintenance on the properties. The outdoor areas are poorly maintained. For example, the outdoor lighting which hangs around the patio areas is 90 % out. The outdoor shower has electrical lighting hanging 1 ' away from the water source which caused my niece to get shocked while rinsing off, very dangerous. I spent an hour repairing a leak under the kitchen sink. The master bedroom has an electrical outlet behind the bed hanging out of the wall that is hot and corroded. Some windows are missing screens which is important in that climate with the insects on the island. Prior to the arrival, I was told by Rental Advisor that both Barbeques were propane with full tanks. First of all, neither BBQ's were propane, and one of them you couldn't use due to the wide grates on the grill itself. Because it isn't portable, the wind also becomes a challenge. I understand being on the islands that there are a lot of insects and bugs. We were having ant issues that were ending up in our beds with clean sheets and no food whatsoever. Lastly, there was a massive roof leak in the master bedroom during the rain.
On a positive note, after the main TV in the large house went out I made a call to the management and they did respond by bringing us a replacement TV the next day.
Other than these noticeable issues, the property is set on a beautiful beach and we had a wonderful time. A little TLC and the trip would of been without most of these incidents.
