I didn’t like that the staff was very rude and not helpful. The cabanas removed and the pool deck was under construction. The pool area was dirty and not clean trash left out and not picked up by staff. There was a broken sprinkler pipe that would shoot water 20 feet in the air that would make a very loud sound at night time. Also, I paid for breakfast for four people and when we checked in, the lady said that only 2 adults and not a family of 4 for morning breakfast buffet.

Room was sold as partial ocean view which was accurate but the balcony looked out at a massive venting that was noisy. 3rd floor. Also, breakfast buffet was unsanitary and very poorly stocked… most items were out but being replaced sporadically. The tables were left dirty and the birds were everywhere eating those left overs. They perched on the rafters above the tables defecating on the floors and tables. Absolutely disgusting.

The hotel was great and the breakfast package was worth it. Our room seemed alittle dated but was still very nice. Best smelling soap and shampoo ever

Housekeeping should be servicing rooms early not in the afternoon when we are returning and wanting to take a nap. Very disrupting. They also missed cleaning, freshening up the room two days during our week long stay. A bit disappointing.

The hotel were all rude the entire time. They lied to us multiple times. The rooms were extremely dirty and the hotel cleaning staff did not clean everyday. The room we first got was dirty, the hotel refused to have them clean it saying it would take 2 days to get the cleaning crew there. We asked to be moved then when we were checking out they added an extra $50 A NIGHT to our bill, over 500$! for a room we had to go into because our room was dirty and they refused to clean it!

We absolutely loved this resort, super clean. Food was amazing and right next to the beach. Nice 7 minute walk to Whalers Village for some shopping. Staff was super friendly. Would definitely come back.
