Loved everything about our stay. Very clean, quiet and safe. Everyone at the front desk were perfect. Would definitely recommend staying here. No beach out front (from erosion), but accessible beach next door.

Our second time staying at Royal Kahana. Great location and gorgeous views. Parking is easy. Lovely pool area and the grills are always very clean. Also really enjoyed the food truck located by the pool.

The staff were very pleasant, room was clean, the view was amazing, never have I seen so many rainbows, the sofa bed was very comfortable, I was worried from past experiences about it being uncomfortable Loved my stay in Maui

The view was spectacular. The condo provided chairs, snorkels cooler and everything we needed for amazing days at the beach. The pool was the perfect temperature and so relaxing to hear the ocean waves! They had a coffee maker and provided coffee shampoo and it was full kitchen. The bed was very comfortable too!

The housewares on site were just what we needed; everything from wine glasses to baking trays. The unit was beautifully decorated. The table on the lanai was the perfect amenity for sunrise coffee & cakes.

The ocean view in the unit was spectacular, the unit was clean and very large. The unit was very clean, however, there was a strong musty/smoky smell in the unit. This presented a problem with our allergies. Also, there was not a safe available to renters. There was an owner safe in the unit, but renters could not use it. We would stay here again. Absolutely lovely property.

The property is non smoking although the neighbors next to us were smoking we mentioned it to the desk and they offered for us to switch rooms we declined as we had already been there a few days but they did speak with the neighbors and this seemed to help as there were no more smell of cigarette smoke

This is technically my second time staying here, albeit 16 years apart in visits. As someone with a disability I want to say the property is so accessible. Being in a pool is always a pain for me but the stairs in and out here are so great. I would recommend anyone stay here. The staff was friendly, the views are beautiful and the location makes it easy to pop in and out as needed.

The area is nice. The hotel is older. Each room is vastly different. Our first room had not been renovated since the 1970s. We requested a new room which was much nicer. It had been renovated relatively recently and was very comfortable. This is a condo that has about half of them rented out by individual owners. On the good side, it is in the middle between restaurants to the south and snorkeling bays to the north. We saw turtles swim by every day.
