I do not have one single complaint about this resort. It went above and beyond my expectations. I would not hesitate to book this resort over and over again. One simple suggestion would be to provide bathrobes and slippers but that is just a suggestion.

Our family trip to Napili Kai Beach resort was amazing. From the moment we got there it became a home away from home. It was so nice to have access to a beautiful beach right on property with chairs provided and beach towels. The pools were also located all over the resort. The coastal trail access was right at the resort which we loved. This resort was very family oriented. The room had a beautiful lanai and gorgeous view. Unfortunately our trip ended early due to the west jet strike and the gentleman at the desk was so kind, understanding and helpful. I would not hesitate to book this place again, it truly is paradise!
