This beautifully remodeled unit features a full oceanfront view looking directly out onto the islands of Molokai and Lanai. It sits forty feet from the ocean, so you will hear the lapping of the waves lulling you to sleep at night. You will see amazing sunsets, and often rainbows over the ocean, turtles, dolphins, and whales (in season). The spacious lanai allows you to relax on a chaise lounge, eat your meals overlooking the ocean and enjoy the beauty of the tropical Pacific Ocean.

Papakea A206 features mahogany furniture, split air conditioning, a remodeled kitchen with full size appliances, granite countertops, cable television, WiFi, Hawaiian inspired decorations, a sofa and easy chair, composite flooring, and abundant natural light. The bathroom is remodeled with a tiled shower and granite counter. The unit will accommodate up to 3 people as it has a king size bed and an air bed for an additional guest. A private washer and dryer are available in the unit for your convenience.

Enjoy cooking in the fully equipped kitchen or have take home meals on the lanai. It is a short walk to local restaurants in the Honokowai area with one of the best fish markets on Maui right across the street. Barbecues are available at the nearby pool.

Papakea has two swimming pools, two hot tubs, two shuffleboard courts and tennis courts, two putting greens and abundant lounge chairs for stretching out by the ocean. You do not need to leave the resort to relax and enjoy yourself on Maui. There is good snorkeling along the reef that borders the complex and a snorkel rental shop nearby.

Papakea Resort is completing property improvement projects. Guests should expect construction noise during daytime working hours. Dates and work areas are subject to change due to weather, tides, or field conditions. Please contact our office for more details on these resort improvement projects.

· Walkway Coating Project. Dates August–November 2026. Scope of work: Remove existing traffic coating, concrete repair and resurface preparation (including grinding), application of multi-coat traffic coasting system (each layer requires extended drying time). Work hours are 8am to 5pm Mon-Fri. During demolition, preparation, and repair work, walkways and the elevator will remain open to foot traffic. Occupants should expect construction noise and dust particularly during the grinding activities. During the walkway coating and drying time, AOAO staff will be stationed on the lanai side of the building to assist with screened access to occupied condos as the entry door will not be accessible. Work progression: Work will begin at the A building and work in building letter progression. Work on the A Bldg is slated for 8/3-8/13/26. Update 8/5/26 The Neogard traffic coating material will not arrive in time for installation on the A Building. In the meantime, to minimize the duration of work when the traffic coating application is scheduled, the contractors will continue removing the existing ground floor walkway coating and preparing the walkways for the future application. This work is expected to continue through the scheduled end date of August 13th, unless completed sooner. We will notify owners if that occurs. The contractor will review the work sequence to determine when the coating can be applied. Guests will receive advance notice once dates are set.

· Phase I Seawall Repair Project. Dates August 10-September 2026. Scope of work: Replace rocks along the ocean side of the seawall and backfill the sinkholes that have developed adjacent to the seawall. General Construction work hours 8am to 5pm Mon-Fri. Ocean-Side Rock Restoration 6am to 7pm Mon-Fri depending on daily tide conditions. Work progression: Work will begin at the Lanai ocean side stairs area. Work will then progress from North to South, which is subject to change. Rock stacking will begin where ocean and beach conditions allow.
