Located on the hill above main beach, a scenic 20-minute walk to the village with its many fine restaurants and shops. Private entrance and free parking. Glorious pacific sunsets make the poolside terrace ideal for al fresco dining. Whole Foods, Ralph's and Pavilions are all close by to make the most of the fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare your meals while looking out at Catalina island. Close to Heissler Park, many secluded beaches and many stunning hiking trails. Tennis courts, pickle-ball and golf nearby.
Bedroom has mechanized blackout blinds and Kingsize bed. There is a separate home-office, with TV and exercise equipment. Strong WiFi throughout. Three TV's in property. Private heated lap-pool and oversized spa are available for small heating charge.

The property is beautiful and the views are amazing! The pics don’t do it justice. There’s a secluded outdoor patio that is private and wonderful for coffee or a drink to watch the sunset Andrew and Phyllis were wonderful hosts and made my stay extremely memorable. I can’t wait to come back again.
