This newly remodfull kitchen home with air conditioning is perfectly located less than 10 minutes drive to Salt Creek Beach, the Ritz Carlton, St Regis Resort, Suf and Sand Resort and the Montage Resort (a breathtaking resort on a cliffs overlooking the ocean), (all which are world class five star resorts).
Newly remodeled Beach Cottage home, bottom level of 2-story house with private entrance / large Studio (approx. 700 sq. ft.) located in South Laguna Beach, sleeps five (queen bed, two (2) queen sofa sleepers and another 2 bed couch queen sofa), with separate kitchen room, full bathroom, washer/dryer and travertine floors throughout.

Our house sits on a large lot with plenty of free sparking in a lush, beautiful landscaped front yard, tropical area, private and quiet, feels like you are in Maui ! First level of 2 story home - I live on the top level.
