Truly outstanding 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom home located in the desirable residential portion within the historic city walls of Lagos. Steps away from all the restaurants, cafés and glorious beaches. Newly and completely renovated, inside and out, this home is accented with beautiful tile and granite throughout. The fully equipped kitchen features beautiful modern cabinets, a stainless steel backsplash and all new appliances which includes a large refrigerator, microwave, stovetop, oven and a dishwasher. Bedroom suite features a Queen bed and large armour. Bathroom is full sized and features a spacious glass enclosed shower. Everything is within walking distance. A car is not needed but easy/free parking is available nearby. Ideal for a quick escape or long stay. Great location!

Our home comes with TV, 150 international channels, unlimited high speed WiFi, Air Conditioning/Heating, washing machine & towels (bathroom & beach).

The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, pots and pans. Grocery store was just around the corner. Would liked to have had a small broom and dustpan to sweep the floors with after cooking and eating. The terrace had no view just the 4 walls surrounding it which kept it cool and damp. Overall, this place is good for a short stay in Lagos.

The location was great, also adequate space for me and my wife. The house had everything we needed. Only downside was it was a little damp, but as to be expected when staying so close to the ocean.

The property was amazing with everything you could need including full kitchen and clothes washer. Recently renovated and super clean but still has a lot of history and old world charm. The host Nancy is quick to respond to any questions and I can't thank her enough. She has thought of every detail down to providing beach towels, umbrellas, and soo much more. Our stay ere in Lagos is one we won't forget. Thanks Nancy!

Apartment was great. Particularly enjoyed the little yard area to sit outside in private. Location was perfect. Easy to walk around to most things and we used Uber for longer trips rather than move the car once parked. Host was excellent.

Great Stay Overall
Great location, rate and setup. The beach bag and towels came in handy and we found everything we needed for the cooking we did. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and if there was a negative, it would be larger and softer bath towels.

Horrible experience
We booked this place based on all the positive reviews but unfortunately our stay was nothing but positive. The place flooded while we were there multiple times in the kitchen and in the bathroom, at one point there was sewage coming up through the drain in the shower. We contacted Nancy the host multiple times she was difficult to communicate with, not once did we receive an apology or any kind of solution to resolve things. Nancy said she would refund part of our stay but we never got any refund and she doesn’t reply to our messages. Sadly this ruined our holiday.
