My private 1 bedroom flat with a living room is Located in Lawanson - Surulere, just 1 minute drive from ogunlana drive. The road has many shops UBER/BOLT ready. The bedroom has an AC, with 2 standing fans in the living room. The flat is located in 2 storey building, the flat is on the 1st floor. Electricity is generated by NEPA and last for between 18-24hours. We also have a standby 4.5KVA generator (fueling cost covered by the guest). The apartment is located in a 24/7 secured, gated & interlocked close. This apartment comes with a 43 inches Smart TV, NETFLIX, YOUTUBE, PRIME VIDEO & Super fast 24/7 WIFI. There is a well equipped Kitchen.
