Deceptive location

The location that was put in the map is not where the hotel is, I had to travel for 3 hours from where they showed it was located to where it actually was because of the distances and traffic which was the reason why I was looking to book a hotel close to the airport. I called hotels.com to complain about it and they couldn’t not help me, Which I found disappointed! The booking said the rooms included breakfast but upon getting to the property, the management said they wouldn’t give us breakfast because hotels.com do not pay them enough, that too was disappointing as it was a bit difficult to find food because of the location of the hotel.
