he worst Hotels.com booking I ever had

Terrible stay. Was supposed to have 2 bedrooms- one if them Was locked. My friend and I were forced to sleep in the same single bed that was available. The management kept on saying they will resolve the issue but never called me back. Seems like a business of many apartments and listings, they don’t really keep track of what’s going on. The listing location in Hotels.com is wrong- it was way out of the center.
