In a privileged location in Carvoeiro, just 100 meters from the beach and a short distance from various shops and restaurants, the Carvoeiro By the Sea 3 Apartment is the perfect refuge for your vacation.



The apartment is located on the third floor, has 2 bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other with a double bed.



The cozy living room with a comfortable sofa and television, with an open layout, shares the space with a well-equipped kitchen. There is a bathroom in this space.



The upper terrace offers a sea view, where you can enjoy a fantastic and relaxing late afternoon with a drink. The lower terrace, equipped with a dining table and seating area, is ideal for gathering with friends and family and enjoying delicious meals or leisure moments. Both terraces are common.



The Carvoeiro By the Sea 3 Apartment is strategically located near Carvoeiro Beach, where a variety of wonderful restaurants and exciting water sports activities are perfect for creating memorable moments. Near the property, you will also find the Carvoeiro Boardwalk for relaxing walks with stunning views.



It is not necessary to rent a car, but if you prefer, we will be happy to help you with the reservation upon request. We can also help organize transfers if needed.



If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and both do not respect the property's change day, before proceeding with the reservation, please send us an information request so we can confirm if your dates can be accepted.



Group deposit: €175 per person (payment by credit/debit card).

A reservation handling, insurance, and filing fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: reservation values (deposit and final balance), deposit, transfer, extras, and excursions. Please note that this fee is non-refundable, including for the deposit.



Prices are for up to 4 people.

For the 5th and 6th persons, an additional charge will be applied that includes an additional bed (only €105 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a crib (only €21 each, per week).



According to current legislation, tourism taxes may be applied.
