Casa Patricia: Superb villa on Vale do Milho with heated pool

LOCATED ON VALE DO MILHO THIS FABULOUS THREE BEDROOM VILLA IS PERFECT FOR A FAMILY HOLIDAY

Located Vale do Milho, the three-bedroom villa occupies a large plot with private swimming pool. Vale do Milho is a residential estate surrounding a 9 hole par 3 golf course and is a short walk to Centeanes Beach. The villa has a large private driveway with space for several vehicles. There is a fully fitted kitchen with separate laundry area, dining area and spacious lounge.



There is a master bedroom with Super king size bed (which can be separated if necessary to make a twin bedroom) and en suite bathroom with bath and walk in shower. There are two further bedrooms, one with twin beds and the other with a super king bed which can be separated to twin beds if preferred. These two bedrooms share the use of a family bathroom with walk in shower. All bedrooms lead with patio doors to the terrace and pool area and have ample wardrobe and storage. There is an inner courtyard with BBQ and seating area.

Externally there is a private heated (optional extra) swimming pool 9x4 meters and a further BBQ and covered seating area. The villa is fully air conditioned and has fibre optic broadband.

A Very Nice Villa

Our second stay in Casa Patricia. Another great holiday, in a villa that has everything you need. Very good location in a nice area, only 10 minute walk to the beach, can also walk to 3 good restaurants, the beach bar and the 9 hole golf course with clubhouse. A good size heated pool is available in the private garden. Nice to see the owners investing and upgrading with 2 new bathrooms. It was a nice touch that we were advised by mail when the maids were coming to the villa, it would be great if the pool man and the gardener did the same! Lovely villa, we will be back. Thank you.

Casa Patricia - Vale do Milho

A lovely villa in a great location, walking distance to the beach and a couple of restaurants. A perfect pool which is a good size. The villa is spacious, with everything you need for a great holiday. Very clean and tidy and well presented. The staff and office were very helpful and responded immediately when required. The villa had been updated in most areas.

Spectacular home

This place is an oasis! Very clean with all the amenities one needs. The pool (super nice) and outdoor area (lounges and patio table) were where we spent most of our time. It's close to stores and great restaurants. Would definitely come back.

Great spot in the Algarve

Property was as advertised, great home large enough for 2 or 3 couples. Nice quiet neighborhood close to all amenities. Kitchen was well equipped for making meals. Absolutely awesome outside space around the pool, lots of areas to sit and relax. Home is central located making it a great base for day trips to other parts of the Algarve. We would certainly look to rent it again went we come back to the area.

sehr schöne Unterkunft

Das Haus lässt wenig Wünsche offen...... es ist sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet (auch im Außenbereich) allen Komfort.Die Lage ist super - es war sehr ruhig um uns herum und wir hatten mit dem Auto nur ein paar Minuten um nach Carvoeiro zu kommen. Perfekt auch zum Wandern, denn vom Haus aus ist man in 10 Minuten schon an den Klippen.Das einzige was mir nicht so gefallen hat war, dass der Aussenbereich nicht wirklich sauber war. Ich hatte den Eindruck, dass das Haus schon einige Tage (oder Wochen?) leer stand und vor unserer Anreise keiner mehr das Laub von den Fliesen gekehrt hat. Aber das ist jetzt Jammern auf hohem Niveau.Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war hervorragend. Jede Frage wurde innerhalb von kürzester Zeit beantwortet.
