Casa Marta Three bedroom villa with sea views!

This wonderful 3 bed villa has been beautifully designed. The interior is very spacious with many luxurious features. The master bedroom has a balcony which has glorious views over the swimming pool, gardens and sea, and has an en suite bathroom which is of a very good size with a separate shower and twin basins.



There are two further bedrooms - one on the first floor and the other on the ground floor both having en suites.



The kitchen is very spacious with a dining area and breakfast bar and patio doors open onto the garden.



The beautifully furnished sitting room with a flat screen tv and freesat, two sofas and separate chairs is double aspect with side patio doors onto the terrace. All windows are fitted with fly screens and the house has air conditioning in bedrooms.



Outside the large - 12 metre heated salted swimming pool (optional heating) is surrounded by large well maintained gardens and is absolutely stunning.



The pool heating has a extra cost, if you whish to have it on its necessary to contact us.



Currently (august 2025) there is construction in a neighbouring villa, please contact us for more information and whether this will be an issue for a future stay.

5 star villa

Beautiful villa in stunning location. Pool was second to none. Kept 3 teens occupied for hours! Villa itself has stunning views from master bedroom balcony where we watched the sun set over the cliffs and sea with a glass of vino. Kitchen well stocked and there was nothing lacking. Would happily recommend and will definitely return.

Luxe verblijft van alle gemakken voorzien!

Alles aan het verblijf was prima,van douche tot bed. 1 tip nog wel; indien zoals wij,een verwarmd zwembad tegen betaling hadden bijgeboekt,deze bijtijds aan laten zetten door de agent. Nu was het zwembad helaas nog te koud om de 1e dagen gebruik van te maken, tot teleurstelling van ons 7 jarige zoontje die er erg naartoe had geleefd er gelijk in te kunnen springen
