Nice country-style house with cosy terrace and wonderful pool area. Well located, i.e. rural but close to coast, beautiful beaches (we liked Praia de Albandeira most), Lagoa, ...The interior of Casa dos Avos would deserve some upgrade / refreshment (e.g. bathroom) to be as "stylish" as the house itself. Contact with Andreas was good. We only had no WLAN for the entire week, as no loaded prepay SIM card could get organized. Should be easy to fix this for the future and have 1 or 2 SIM cards on stock in case of "emergency".

Bon contact avec Andreas, cependant la description Abritel n'est pas correcte: une seule salle de bain au lieu de 2. La salle de bain n'était pas propre : grosses traces de calcaire et fond des WC noir. Le cadre et l'entretien des espaces extérieurs est cependant adéquat, l'ensemble respire les vacances avec ibiscus et bougainvilliers en fleurs, le petit plus : des figuiers avec des fruits mûrs à souhait !Emplacement idéal pour visiter l'Algarve ..

La casa está genial. Lo q más hemos disfrutado de la piscina. El propietario muy atento, la localización es muy sencilla y se llega bien. Está cerca de las playas, no recomiendo la de Benagil está destinada más a las excursiones en canoa. Portimao está muy cerca y para cenar y tomar algo está muy bien.

Condomínio fechado com duas casa, a casa vizinha era mais pequena 2/3 pessoas, então parecia que estávamos na nossa casa. O único ponto negativo fui a limpeza da casa que era mesmo mau, mas no primeiro dia organizamos tudo. Schönes Häuschen ruhig gelegen aber dennoch zentral zu allen Stränden.

Schönes Häuschen genau nach unserem Geschmack. Optimal für vier Personen. Vier sehr bequeme und große Betten in zwei Schlafzimmer, Küche gut ausgestattet, großer Kühlschrank und normaler E-Herd und Backofen, große Terrasse mit großem Tisch, Sonnenliegen und zwei Schirmen, eine Hängematte. Etwas abseits und ruhig gelegen, aber alle sehenswerten Strände sind in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen. Kontakt zum Vermieter immer schnell. Haben unseren Aufenthalt verlängert und sehr genossen. In Lagoa gibt es einen tollen Bioladen auch mit guter Auswahl an frischen Sachen zusammen mit einem Caffee ( haben vegane und glutenfreie Kuchen) und Restaurant.

Gepflegtes Traditionelles Landhaus mit großem Grund

Schön zwischen den Hügeln des Küstenstreifens gelegen besticht das Haus durch seine liebevolle Einrichtung. Insbesondere der verglaste Kamin stellte für uns (Winter 21/22) ein absolutes Highlight dar. Das Grundstück bietet genug Parkraum für mehrere Fahrzeuge. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto oder mit dem Rad gut zu erreichen. Die Gegend ist sehr ländlich, daher sollte man sich an krähenden Hähnen etc. nicht stören, wenn man eine Anmietung erwägt. Die Eigentümer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einziger Nachteil des Hauses ist die Innenbeleuchtung, die in den früh herreinbrechenden Nächten des Winters etwas zu wünschen übrig lässt.

Wir waren mit zwei Kindern, 11 und 1, für zwei Wochen in diesem schönen Haus. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt, die Terrasse, der Ausblick, die Hängematten und die Hähne in der Umgebung sind toll. Die nächsten Strände waren schön, allerdings sehr voll. Wir sind dann öfters an die Westküste gefahren! Wir können das Haus empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

Estamos de acordo com todos comentários positivos. Todas as informações fornecidas pelo locador estavam corretas. Nossas expectativas, em particular da casa, foram atendidas ou superadas. Sentimos-nos muito confortáveis desde o primeiro dia no que encontramos na Casa dos Avós um ponto de partida ideal para a nossa exploração de uma parte que não conhecia do Algarve. Passamos boas noites maravilhoso terraço! Nossas próximas férias no Algarve serão com muito prazer novamente na Casa dos Avós. O único ponto que acho que deveriam melhorar é a questão da televisão porque só tem canais alemães e alternativa a TDT (Canais portugueses)

Einfach fantastisch

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Casa dos Avos sehr genossen. Das Haus und ebenso das Grundstück sind geräumig, ruhig gelegen und mit allem ausgestattet, was man im Urlaub so braucht. Mehrere sehr schöne Strände sind in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen, ebenso wie diverse Supermärkte. Auch die Kommuniktation mit dem Vermieter hat super funktioniert. Wir können das Ferienhaus nur weiterempfehlen und werden gern noch einmal wiederkommen.

... ein schönes Haus mitten in der Algarve. Es verfügt über ein schönes Grundstück in ruhiger Lage. Nur wenige Autominuten ist das Haus vom Strand entfernt. In den Hängematten kann man abends wunderbar den Sonnenuntergang genießen :)

Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war top und der Rest entspricht dem, wie es beschrieben wird. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können uns einen erneuten Aufenthalt sehr gut vorstellen.

Eine Oase der Ruhe

Wir hatten einen traumhaften und erholsamen Aufenthalt im Casa Galeria. Die Schlüsselübergabe am Anreisetag hat reibungslos funktioniert und uns erwartete ein liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus in einer ruhigen Lage nahe Lagoa. Obwohl das Ferienhaus Casa dos avos direkt neben an steht, hat man seine Privatsphäre. Ist wirklich super gelöst. Der Zustand ist sehr gepflegt und von der Ausstattung her hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Man merkt, dass es den Vermietern wichtig ist, dass die Urlauber sich wohl fühlen. Das hat auch die Kontaktaufnahme bei Fragen bestätigt. Wir haben uns bestens aufgehoben gefühlt. Die Räume im Haus sind lichtdurchflutet und gemütlich. Die Küche ist modern und sehr gut ausgestatett. Die Terrasse mit dem Grill hinter dem Haus bietet viel Platz. Ein Highlight ist oben die Sonnenterrasse. Von dort hat man einen wunderschönen Ausblick in Richtung Lagoa und auf das Gebirge Serra de Monchique. Besonders wenn die Sonne untergeht, ist es wunderschön dort zu sitzen. Die große Wiese vor dem Haus bietet viel Platz zum spielen für Kinder. Das gesamte Gelände ist umgeben von Zäunen und Mauern, und das große Tor zur Einfahrt ist abschließbar, so dass man sich insgesamt sehr sicher fühlen kann. Auch, dass jedes Fenster mit Fensterläden versehen ist, die nur von innen aus geöffnet werden können, gibt einem ein zusätzlich beruhigendes Gefühl. Die Strände sind in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen und an Ausflugzielen gibt es jede Menge, wie das Castelo de Silves. In der gesamten Umgebung ist immer irgend etwas los. Z.B. im Ort Carvoeiro, etwa 15 Automin. entfernt, gibt es abends eine Bühne mit Musik und Veranstaltungen, auch für Kinder. Die Stadt Portimao ist auch nicht weit entfernt und hat eine schöne Promenade sowie ein großes Einkaufszentrum. Als Tagestour empfielt sich z.B. eine Fahrt nach Sagres oder Vilamoura mit seiner wunderschönen Hafenpromende. Auch wenn wir uns meistens selbst verpflegt haben, sind wir auch ein paar Mal essen gegangen. Uns hat es besonders im Restaurant "Taste" in Carvoerio gefallen. Sehr nett und man wird von Chef persönlich am Tisch begrüßt. Die Speisen sind hochwertig und lecker. Oder wenn es mal etwas zum Mitnehmen sein soll, empfiehlt sich das Restaurant Dona Ana in Lagoa. Wir bedanken uns herzlich bei den Vermietern für diesen besonderen Urlaub. Wir kommen gerne wieder ;-)

Wir verbrachten eine wunderschöne Zeit in der Casa dos Avos. Den positiven Bewertungen ist nichts hinzuzufügen. Mit der Ausstattung und der Sauberkeit waren wir sehr zufrieden und auch gestaltete sich der Kontakt zum Vermieter jederzeit überaus freundlich und verlässlich. Casa Dos Avos - ein Kleinod für die schönste Zeit.

Wiederholungstäter klingt zunächst negativ - ist es aber nicht. Denn in unserem `Fall` haben meine Frau und ich bereits die 2. `Inhaftierung` (nach unserem Debüt im September letzten Jahres) im geschätzten "Casa Dos Avos" antreten dürfen. Vorweggenommen - wir glauben inzwischen an das Potenzial zum `Serientäter` und werden sicherlich ein weiteres Mal dieses wunderschöne Fleckchen Erde aufsuchen. Wer Individualität schätzt, Ruhe und Entschleunigung sucht, den Blick fürs liebevoll gestaltete Details hat und beeindruckende `360-Grad-Sicht` durch die leicht erhobene Lage bei atemberaubenden Lichtszenarien genießen will, der sollte einkehren ins `Haus der Großeltern`. Alles ist da, was man für das tägliche Urlaubsleben benötigt, dekorativ angeordnet, sauber und einladend für abendliche Grillabende auf der großzügigen Terrasse. Casa Dos Avos ist optimal gelegen, um von dort auf Entdeckungsreise zu gehen bzw. zu fahren. In ca. 4 km erreicht man Lagoa mit zahlreichen (Lebensmittel-) Geschäften, wie z.B. Aldi oder heimische Supermärkte mit preiswerten Angeboten. Im Radius von knapp 20 Kilometern hat man die schönsten, abwechslungsreichsten Strände - ob kleinere Buchten bis hin zu kilometerlangen Sandstränden (Praia Grande). Dazu einzigartige Wasserqualität und vor allem saubere Strände (Unrat wird gottlob nicht zurückgelassen). Darüber hinaus wirkt die ganze Region sehr gepflegt. Ausflüge in Richtung spanische Grenze z.B. nach Tavira sind interessant (ca. 70 km), oder in die westliche Richtung zur Festungsmauer von Sagreb und von dort einen Abstecher an die westliche Atlantikküste (auf dem Rückweg kann man wunderbar Lagos besuchen oder auch das kleine Fischerörtchen Ferragudo). Alle Straßen und vor allem die Autobahnen sind in einem sehr guten Zustand mit auffallend wenig Raserei - also entspanntes Reisen. Als Empfehlung können wir nur sagen: Werden Sie `straffällig`, gönnen sich eine `Inhaftierung`, und Sie werden erfahren, dass Sie durchaus als `Wiederholungstäter` in Frage kommen. Versprochen.
