Casa Vale Verde is a stunning 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom villa located on the popular resort of Quinta do Paraiso within easy walking distance of the village of Carvoeiro where you will find numerous shops, bars, restaurants and a beach. The resort itself also has a restaurant and pool bar or the popular Monte Carvoeiro square with is bars and restaurants is just a 5 minute walk away. Guest have use of the resort facilities including communal pools, kids club, tennis courts and mini golf (please note fees do apply for the kids club, tennis and mini golf). The resort also have nightly entertainment at the bar. The villa has been recently renovated to a high standard and benefits from fantastic sea views. The villa is ideal for families or groups sleeping up to 8 adults and 4 children. It has 3 double bedrooms all with ensuite, a 4th bedroom which can be made up as a twin or double with a separate shower room and a children's bedroom with single bed, pull out bed and ensuite with junior size toilet, sink, bath and shower. All bedrooms have air conditioning. Cots can be provided for babies and a sofabed is available in the master bedroom for young children.

The villa is on a secure and safe plot that is fully fenced and has electric gates leading to a large driveway. Beautiful gardens surround the villa with plenty of spots to sit and enjoy the stunning view across the valley and out to sea. To the side of the villa is a grassed garden area ideal for children to play with a table tennis table and basketball net. Steps lead down from the garden to the pool area where there are 8 sunloungers available for you to relax and enjoy the fabulous view. At the top of the stairs is. Jacuzzi hot tub (please note there is an additional fee of £100 per week for the hot tub).

Perfect!

This is an outstanding villa, and one we will most certainly return to. It is extremely comfortable, well appointed, full of character, with a beautiful outdoor garden area, pool, hot tub and lovely sea view. It really is hard to beat, also taking into account its close proximity to the beach and Carvoeiro town centre. If you like night life there is plenty going on in the town. Taxis are inexpensive if you want to visit other places and don't want to drive. We took a taxi to Portimao marina where there is a fabulous beach club called No solo Aqua. We spent the day by the pool where there is pool side waitress service and they serve amazing cocktails. They also have evening pool and beach parties which we will definitely go to next time. Liz was very helpful offering lots of useful information and advice on places to visit and recommending restaurants. Sonia and Natalie the cleaners did a fabulous job cleaning and deserve a special mention. Can't wait to return.

Lovely villa

Thoroughly enjoyed our holiday at Casa Vale Verde. We were three generations and found the villa spacious and very comfortable. We all enjoyed the pool, table tennis, bbq and hot tub facilities and loved the position. The sea view was fabulous. We also found it a great location within easy walking distance of restaurants, shops etc.

Impressive Villa with a View

The Villa is a beautiful property with such a great view from the pool/hot tub! There are lots of restaurants in close proximity to walk to or drive, the food is absolutely yummy! Almost everyday we would walk down to the little town and what views you have there! The beach is nestled in the middle of the town with cute restaurants and stores. The property has a beautiful laid out patio area where you can relax and read a book or soak in the hot tub and enjoy the view or bbq and enjoy the view! It really is a home away from home and have to say that the owners were very nice and quick to respond whenever you have any questions. I highly recommend this property.

Stayed at Casa Vale Verde at the beginning of September with two other couples. We had an enjoyable stay, but I would suggest taking your own towels. We were disappointed with the quality of both the bathroom and pool towels. ( I went out and bought a pool towel ). The safe didn't work which was another disappointment, so we had to carry our passports and cash around with us. Close to a very good Italian restaurant which we visited a couple of times as it was within walking distance. Carvoeiro town close by.

Amazing Villa in a perfect location.

Just returned from a family holiday at Casa Vale Verde, what an amazing villa in a perfect location, within easy walking distance to supermarket, bars and restaurants. The villa was very well equipped and well maintained, the information pack at the villa covers everything that you need to know about the villa and surrounding areas, we will return for another holiday.

Fab holiday

We are regulars to Portugal and although we have stayed in several locations Carvoeiro is our favourite. This villa is close to many fab restaurants and a short walk to Carvoeiro town and beach. The villa is lovely, clean and well equipped. The garden and pool area is beautiful, getting the sun all day and with a stunning ocean view. The owner, Liz, was a pleasure to deal with. She responds very quickly, is very helpful. We will be back!

Casa Vale Verde a truly wonderful place to stay.

Our family of 7 adults and a baby have just returned from a weeks stay at Casa Vale Verde. It is in a lovely position with a fantastic view. All beds and rooms were comfortable, clean and well cared for. The garden and pool are very private and not overlooked by anyone. It is just a 10-15 minute walk down to Carvoeiro which is a pretty town with a small sandy beach, plenty of restaurants all of which were happy for us to bring our 2 month granddaughter into and were all very friendly and accommodating serving excellent food. We also ate at the restaurant about 5 mins walk away which was also excellent. All of us would definitely go back to this Villa which was very secure and had enough parking for 3-4 cars. I booked directly with Liz the owner who was very helpful and replied quickly to any queries I had. My damage deposit has been refunded in less than a week without even asking. Thank-you Liz.

Beautiful comfortable villa- a true home in the sun

We couldn't have been happier with the villa. We were a party of 6 adults and 4 kids. The villa was spacious, clean, well equipped and the outside areas are just stunning. Eating every night in the covered eating area was very special. The villa is a short walk to Carvoeiro itself which is a lovely busy town with plenty to do and see. Also there are several supermarkets nearby. The resort was very quiet so we didn't use it much but then we were at the end of season. Communication with the owners was fantastic and the whole holiday felt very easy and relaxed to organise. We all spoke how we would love to come back one day. Thank you!

Fantastic villa on a great resort

I am writing this review whilst sitting on the terrace of this beautiful villa looking out to sea. The view is amazing and it's just so peaceful! The villa is very comfortable and homely with 5 great bedrooms and bathrooms and a fantastic kitchen. My wife was over the moon that there are all the UK TV channels so she was able to watch The Bake Off final last night :) We have eaten at the Italian restaurant on the resort and would highly recommend it. We have also had lunch at the pool bar which does burgers, sandwiches etc. They are putting in pool heating next month at the resort pool which will be great. Shame we haven't benefited from it on our holiday but to be honest the kids haven't been bothered about the pool temp anyway and my wife and I prefer the hot tub! We have had such a great time and don't want to go home but we will definitely be returning.

Beautiful villa. Wonderful Location

We spent a week at Casa Vale Verde and we can say that this was one of the best holidays we have had. The location was perfect... Just far enough from town to enjoy peace and quiet yet still walking distance of everything. We spent our days either at the beach or lounging around the pool. In the evening we would walk into Carvoeiro to discover and enjoy the great food in the many excellent restaurants. We did taxi home a couple of times and found this to be really cheap. We really enjoyed the hot tub -well worth paying the extra for it. As mentioned in other reviews, the view is simply stunning, especially from the hot tub. Everything in the advert is spot on and we would highly recommend and will be back for certain.

The villa is everything you'd hope for. Comfortable, spacious and perfect location. The views are beautiful, and if there hadn't been building works going on Nextdoor- tranquil.. Excellent Villa making a great holiday.

My friend and I spent hours researching Villas in the Algarve....this is a gem. A 40 minute drive from Faro airport - it's a stones throw away and you will not be troubled by traffic jams either. The Villa is stunning and the view is fantastic. The gardens are lovely and with a private pool and hot tub (for a small extra fee) it's everything you need. Through out the whole stay I felt safe and secure as the villa is fenced off and gated. It's situated well, a minute walk leads you to a communal pool, bar, restaurant and table tennis. A 15 minute slow walk takes you into the town centre and for those feeling lazy the cab journey home should cost no more than €6. The Villa is also a short drive (5 mins) to the nearest main supermarket. The pool is big enough to play a good few games of catch and the nearby beaches are stunning. The villa owner is top drawer, she provided a really useful guide to the Villa, the immediate local area and wider areas to explore. A great stay. To fly To Serve.

Absolutely fantastic villa

The villa more than suited our three generational family needs. The views are gorgeous down to the sea and there are so many different areas in which to sit. There was such a variety of things to do whether it was walking down to Carveiro, walking along to Quinto do Paraiso, or just lounging around the pool. The villa is very well fitted out with everything you may need in accommodation and catering. It was lovely having bbq's whilst sitting out to the sea. We can't wait to go back.

Absolutely fantastic

This is a wonderful villa for a family holiday in Carvoeiro. The bedrooms are all a good size, nicely decorated, comfortable and each with their own bathroom. The kitchen and lounge are also very nicely decorated and everything you could need is provided. A real home from home. Outdoors the covered eating area is superb with such a lovely view. There is also a nice comfy seating area to relax in the shade. The pool area and hot tub are great. There is plenty of garden space for children to play and also table tennis on the roof which we thoroughly enjoyed. The location of this villa is ideal for those who like to walk into town. An easy walk down the hill with a beautiful view to enjoy on the way. We enjoyed being on a resort with a restaurant and shop and can imagine that in the summer when things are more lively, the bar area and kids activities would make this an ideal holiday resort for families. All in all a wonderful villa and we cannot wait to go back.

Beautiful villa with stunning view

We had a fantastic holiday at this villa. The villa is so beautiful, clean and spacious. There were 10 of in total (6 adults and 4 children) and we didn't feel on top of each other at all. Each of the 5 bedrooms have their own bathroom which is great. The view is breathtaking. The kids loved the pool and the adults loved the hot tub! The location is ideal- walking distance of the town and beach and on a resort with restaurants, shop, pools and tennis courts. The booking process was easy and Liz, the owner was so helpful giving us lots of advice and recommendations on places to eat and visit.

Loved this villa

We couldn't have asked for a better villa for our family holiday. 8 of stayed in September for my Father in laws 70th birthday and we had the best time ever. The villa was everything we hoped for and more. The view is just beautiful, especially from the pool and hot tub. The villa is spacious and nicely furnished. The location is great. We really liked the Italian restaurant on the resort which does amazing pizzas. The walk into town is lovely with such a great view of the town and beach as you come down the hill. Carvoeiro is a fairly lively town with some great bars and restaurants. We were spoilt for choice. The beach is very nice but our favourite beach was Cannieros which is a 5 minute drive from the villa. It has a fabulous sea food restaurant which is a bit pricey but the food is excellent and the view looking across the beach and out to sea is to die for. There is also a snack bar at the beach and nice big comfy sun beds to hire. We would most certainly recommend this villa and we will definitely return. We would certainly recommend this villa.

Gorgeous villa

I would highly recommend this villa, especially to families with young children. The villa is gorgeous and very spacious. There are 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms so ideal for a couple of families wishing to holiday together. The pool and hot tub are fantastic and have the most beautiful sea view. It is very private and also surprisingly very quiet considering it is so close to the town and on a resort. The resort was just perfect for a family holiday, offering something for everyone. I wasn't sure we would really use the resort facilities because we had our own private pool but we actually found the children wanted to be down at the resort pool where they made friends and had a wonderful time- as did us parents who could sit back and relax! We didn't hire a car and we honestly didn't really need one as everything was so close. The only thing we found was the little shop on the resort was quite expensive and did only really sell the basics so we did decide to get a taxi to the big supermarket just outside of Carvoeiro and do a big shop. The town of Carvoeiro was just a 10 minute walk and had so many restaurants it was difficult to choose where to go. We did take the owners recommendations of a couple and had some fantastic meals. We had a day out at the waterpark nearby and would definitely recommend this to anyone with children as they absolutely loved it. We booked our tickets from the resort reception and the courtesy bus picked us up at the end of the road which was great. According to the children they had the best holiday ever and I think the adults would all have to agree too :)

Fabulous holiday

We stayed at this gorgeous villa last summer for a week and would highly recommend it. We were two families of 4 and the accommodation was ideal for us. My youngest child loved the children's bedroom with the small toilet and sink! The views from the villa are wonderful- even better than expected and it was nice that there was plenty of garden space for the children to play away from the pool area. The location of the villa was perfect. The resort is great and very child friendly. The children all enjoyed the kids club and the activities on offer at the resort. The Italian restaurant at the resort was fantastic. We also found the little shop on site very useful for buying basics. Carvoeiro is a lovely town and only a short walk from the villa. There were plenty of restaurants to choose from and lots going on in the square to keep the children entertained. We would definitely book to stay here again!

Excellent location for a big family

We went as an extended family and really appreciated the amount of space available. This is a big villa and is so comfortable. As a large family, we preferred to self-cater and the big, well-fitted kitchen was a big bonus, as was the bbq facilities. The pool is a nice size with stunning sea views. When the kids wanted to be more energetic, they took the short walk to the large resort pools, where all sorts of activities took place. We didn't use the kid's club but it sounded like those that did had a lot of fun. There are a couple of good restaurants on the resort and plenty more within easy walking distance. When we did eat out, we favoured Monte Carvoeiro, where the kids could play safely in the central area, whilst we chilled. I cannot recoomend this villa and the resort too highly.
