The villa has a pool with deck chairs and an outdoor barbecue to take maximum advantage of the climate of the algarve.
The villa is located 5 minutes’ drive from the beaches and especially the beach of praia da marinha which was considered as the 7th most beautiful beach in the world.
This villa of 187m ² comprises 2 en-suites bedroom (bedroom + bathroom), whose one of it has a bath with massage jets, and a third double bedroom. Ideally made for 6 people, the capacity can be expanded to 8 persons.
The villa is fully rented and all areas of the home are accessible to travelers.
Upon arrival, someone will greet you and deliver basic information about the house. This person will obviously be pleased to answer your questions during your stay in algarve.
In case of arrival after 19:00 or departure before 08:00, a fee of 20 € must be paid on arrival.
The villa is situated in the traditional village of porches, peaceful place and away from the tourist crowds, yet close to the main attractions of the algarve (beaches, golf courses, waterparks, cliffs…). In the village you will find everything you need: small supermarkets, vegetable, bars, pharmacy, post office, hairdresser ...
The cities of armaçao de pera, portimao and albufeira are respectively 6km, 12km and 15km away.
The villa is located about 30-35 minutes from faro airport on the a22. On leaving faro airport, follow signs to portimao via the a22 motorway and take the exit alcantarilha. On arrival at the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto the national 125 towards lagoa / portimao until arrival at the roundabout in the village of porches. At the roundabout, take the direction of armaçao de pera and turn on the second street on your left. The villa is located 50 meters at an impasse.
The villa is located in a quiet dead-end. 2 vehicles can be parked in the park places situated next to the house.
