Achamos que o local teria mais opções de lazer por se tratar de um resort. Poucas opções tem pelo preço. Em relação a alimentação, tivemos algumas dificuldades, pois é restrito à sucos, por exemplo e quando pedíamos algo específico, como um simples suco de laranja, não éramos atendidos, sendo que pagamos all inclusive.

O hotel é muito bom. Alimentação de qualidade. Funcionários simpáticos, elogios especiais para a Alice e a Eliene. Uma questão a pontuar é o Beach Club do hotel... Sugestão: sempre ir a tarde, isso não nos foi avisado... Não tem água... A maré só chega após as 14h. Passeio maravilhoso é a lancha na praia do Gunga e a praia do Francês!

I liked the room and tha swimming pool. I did not like the restaurant, few brands of beer only related to one big brand. You have to serve your drink yourself in small glasses, they do not even give you a bottle of water so you can stay dining, you have to go and come all the time.

O hotel é muito bonito e muito bem cuidado, sempre limpo e com funcionários muito simpáticos. Comida e área de lazer excelentes. Para ficar perfeito, seria preciso mudar algumas questões em relação ao conforto do quarto, tais como: colchões de melhor qualidade incluindo o colchão do sofá-cama, toalhas mais novas, cortina com Black-out mais eficiente, chuveiros com melhor vazão de água e detalhes gerais de manutenção, pois no meu quarto o porta papel higiênico estava quebrado. O resort apresenta uma estrutura muito boa, excelente atendimento é ótimo custo x benefício. Excelente com criança, pois além da enorme piscina, há um grupo de recreadores. Precisa de mais atenção em alguns pontos referentes a manutenção, especialmente quanto à qualidade dos chuveiros e do piso das piscinas. As refeições foram muito boas, mas poderiam ter maior variedade de pratos. O ponto forte é o atendimento.

Decepcionante.

Quando vi as fotos do resort, fiquei encantada porém logo ba chegada percebi que muito tinha mudado. A fachada está precisando de reformas bem como o restantendo hotel. A alimentação é saborosa mas não há variedades. O pior de tudo é a limpeza dos colchões, havia muito àcaro, sair do hotel toda picada por esses bichos, o que me deixou revoltada, até hoje tenho marcas no corpo. Por sorte agasalhei meus filhos senão eles teriam sofrido. Os funcionários são educados, com exceção dos recepcionistas, tive problemas com a falta de berço, porém já havia solicitado há meses tal serviço e ainda assim tive que provar, só assim eles colocaram um berço, depois de horas de espera. Ao menos tinha a piscina para consolar mas pelas fotos ela parece muito maior. A copa baby fica fechada, vc tem que ir o tempo todo na recepção pegar a chave e nunca tem nada, se quiser algo tem que solicitar, ai vocês imaginem o tempo que uma mãe com dois filhos pequenos perdem para fazer tudo isso. No mais, nem volto ao resort e nem indico. Pelo preço, há outros resorts muito melhores.

Limpo e aconchegante, muito agradável.

Não sei se classificaria como resort. O hotel tem uma enorme e bela piscina, atividades e recreadores para crianças e isso foi ótimo. O wifi cobre todo o espaço do hotel, quarto familiar amplo, muito limpo e aconchegante. O ponto negativo foi para a cama de casal fedendo muito a xixi e alguns deslizes descortêses dos funcionários, claramente por instrução, como me barrar na saída do restaurante por estar com um copo com 2 dedos de água. Desagradável e desnecessário. É notório como o restaurante fecha rigorosamente no horário estipulado. Os funcionários recolhem a comida sem cerimônia, não importa se há alguém comendo. A reposição também cessa pelo menos meia hora antes do fim. No segundo dia comi as sobras da metade do que havia para jantar, pois o resto havia acabado. Driblando isso, o hotel é ótimo para crianças, silencioso e aconchegante.
