Nice, clean. Easy check-in. Desk clerk was super nice. Not too far from an event I was attending the following day. QUIET! a little bit outside of the town of Frankfort but only about 5-10 minutes to town . I felt safe there.

The property is old and run down. The smoke alarm in our room was loose and hanging from the ceiling. The sheets on the bed were worn out rags with stains. We were booked for 3 nights and checked out after the first night. Now trying to get a refund from Expedia for 2 nights.
