It is an older property which is kept very clean & well maintained. The gardens & the view of the lake are beautiful. There is a walk-along porch along front of building with a table & chairs for each room. A nice place to sit & relax & enjoy the view. The location is minutes to NH Pavillion & Weir’s Beach. I would stay here again.

Great place to stay. Friendly staff, comfortable beds, while not fancy the room has everything needed and is thoughtfully put together! The room looked freshly painted, was clean, and nicely decorated. The only negative was the pool. The pool didn't open until 10am and check out is 11am so that didn't really leave time to try the pool which I would have liked to do. Overall, highly recommend.
