Located on the heights of the Souillac Golf & Country Club, golf and quiet family holiday residence, in the heart of the Dordogne Valley, here is a very comfortable chalet with 4 bedrooms, can accommodate up to 8 people, and 3 bathrooms, as well as a large open living room. The latter communicates with a sunny terrace overlooking the small garden. Through the trees, the view of the golf course and the surrounding hills is very nice. When it is a little cool you can light the wood stove at your disposal, and in fine weather open the doors of the living room to enjoy the sun's rays and the view. Your house is at the end of the hamlet of Truffière which has the advantage of limiting the noise and the passage in front of your door. The interior is elegant and offers everything you may need.
