The gîte "La Sérénité Marivaloise" (sleeps up to 12) is part of a beautiful property in Lacapelle-Marival, between Figeac and Rocamadour, facing a tree-filled garden of about 1,000 m². A round pool (approx. 4.5 m diameter, available July and August) and outdoor facilities complete the setting.
The 130 m² gîte offers, on the ground floor, a dining room with kitchen, a bedroom for 4, a lounge area, and a bathroom with WC. Upstairs: a play/living area, a bedroom for 4, a bathroom with WC, and three sleeping areas.
Nearby, you’ll find shops such as a bakery, pharmacy, doctor, dentist, brasseries, and a restaurant. Within an hour’s drive are many tourist and leisure sites: the Gouffre de Padirac, several castles, villages ranked among the most beautiful in France (Cardaillac, Autoire, Loubressac, Capdenac, Carennac, Martel), the sacred city of Rocamadour, the medieval town of Figeac, Collonges-la-Rouge, Cahors, Saint-Cirq-Lapopie, the caves of Pech Merle and Presque, plus animal parks and outdoor activities like tree climbing, canoeing on the Dordogne, Célé or Lot rivers, and many hiking and mountain biking trails.
Full end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen (beds made), and towels are available for an extra fee. Electricity and water charges are payable at the end of your stay according to usage. A central heating surcharge applies from October 15 to May 15.
