Pedestrian residence with swimming pool (2 pools, open from 15 June to 15 September) "Les Jardins de l'Océan" located in the southern sector of Lacanau (pipeyrous), near the pine forest, golf courses and tennis courts. The access to the beach is easy by the cycle track or the pedestrian paths. This semi-detached house, 32m², recently built, for 4 people, includes a main room serving as a living/dining room, opening onto the terrace and fenced garden. This room is equipped with a kitchenette. The bedroom on the garden level is equipped with bunk beds and the mezzanine, under the slope, is open to the living room with a double bed (140cm) and a television. The sanitary facilities include a shower, washbasin and separate WC. You have a private parking space numbered at the entrance of the residence. You can reach the beach, shops, restaurants and ice-cream parlours at 2 km, the golf course at 1 km or the lake of Lacanau at 4 km (REF 01408M).
