House L'orée: Air-conditioned small house with small garden in a holiday village in Lacanau Océan



Located in the immediate vicinity of the Lacanau tennis club, this small house is situated in the heart of a Mediterranean-style village, characterised by its overhanging roofs providing a pleasant shade to the terraces. The terraced houses, with irregular heights and arranged in an offset manner, offer each resident an appreciable privacy. Each dwelling has its own private outdoor space with a terrace and a sandy little garden. A pedestrian path crosses the residence, which also benefits from a parking area at its entrance. The ocean and shops are accessible approximately 1.5 km away, while the lake is located 5 km from the site.



The small house offers a comfortable and well-arranged interior. The living area, air-conditioned, includes a friendly lounge space with sofa, armchairs and television, as well as a dining area. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped for a stay with complete autonomy, with induction hobs, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and numerous storage spaces.



The main bedroom, also air-conditioned, has a 160 cm double bed and storage spaces. A sleeping area, accessible by three steps, is fitted with two single bunk beds, ideal for children. An additional bedroom in the mezzanine, open to the living room and accessible by a ladder, offers a double bed and storage spaces; this mezzanine also benefits from air conditioning. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, washbasin, bidet and WC.



Outside, the terrace with a small garden allows you to fully enjoy the beautiful days thanks to its garden furniture and barbecue, perfect for outdoor meals after the beach. A parking space is available within the residence.



This accommodation is ideal for a family or friends' holiday in Lacanau Océan, in a calm environment, close to sporting activities, cycle paths and beaches.

Un très agréable séjour au calme et tout près de Lacanau océan

Nous avons passé un merveilleux moment dans cette petite maison au calme à 1km de Lacanau océan, près des plages et des pistes cyclables. La maison est très propre, les trois chambres sont agréables (une au rdc avec grand lit, une avec lits superposés et une en mezzanine avec un grand lit (échelle raide). La climatisation fonctionne à merveille. Dans la cuisine tout y est, nous avons trouvé tous les ustensiles dont nous avons eu besoin. Merci au propriétaire pour cela. L’extérieur est très agréable aussi pour le petit-déjeuner et l’apéro. Nous recommandons vivement.
