Highly appreciated for its tranquillity and verdant environment, this location allows you to fully enjoy nature while remaining just a few minutes from the Atlantic Ocean beaches, located approximately 3 kilometres away, Lacanau Lake at 4 kilometres, and shops at 2.7 kilometres.
The house offers a beautiful bright living space with a warm living room and dining area, designed for convivial moments with family or friends. The fully equipped kitchen allows for independent stay and easy meal preparation, whether for lunches on the terrace or dinners after a day at the beach, golf, or cycling.
The night area of the ground floor includes two comfortable bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed in 160 cm, one of which has an adjoining bathroom.
