Confortable and bright villa, for 6 people, with pool and WiFi.

This semi-detached villa of 60 m², very bright, tastefully renovated, comprises:
-Living space with tall ceilings (around 5 meters), a dining room with a fully equipped kitchen, (fridge-freezer, dishwasher, multifunction oven/microwave, electric coffee maker), living area with couch of 3 places and flat screen TV (digital channels).
-A bedroom with double bed and storage space, bedroom upstairs with 2 individual beds, and wardrobe for storage, mezzanine with 1 individual bed, small sofa bed for a kid.
-One bathroom with shower cubicle, sink and storage furniture.
-1 WC
-An entrance with storage space for luggage, and washing machine.
-Terrace with wooden table and built in benches for 6 people. The terrace opens onto the garden (view of the golf course).

The villa was completely renovated. The furniture, bedding, appliances, equipment (accessories, crockery) is new. The decoration of the villa is very meticulous.

The residence is underneath the pine trees, right outside the golf course. Cars have no access to the inside of the residence (2 parking spaces available). The pool is open every day (summer schedule: 8.30 - 20.00) it is secured. The bike path is 50 m from the villa.

Lacanau Ocean is about 1.5 km away (5/10 min on a bike). Bikes are recommended because it is the easiest way to move around and the quickest way to go to the beach or town. There are more than 200 km of paths through the pine forest allowing direct access to Lacanau Ocean and its beaches, Lacanau Lake, Carcans Maubuisson, Porge and Bordeaux. You will find many bike rental places in Lacanau.

Great base for a relaxing holiday
Good location for both beach/sea and local lakes. Loved cycling from property to everything we needed. Super clean and Sarah is a very warm and welcoming host. Some elements of property were tired and could do with attention but didn’t spoil our stay.

Excellent property and excellent holiday
On entering the property we were instantly impressed. The location among the trees and next to the golf course were superb. Everything we needed was in the property including a grill for use in outside cooking. The whole property was tastefully presented and it was a pleasure to stay there. Nearby lake beaches were superb as were the ocean beaches. We had a great holiday here and would certainly return to both the area and this property. Great value

A charming well laid out property
The house is light, spacious and comfortable. Had everything we needed. The residence is lovely, surrounded by beautiful pine trees, with the added bonus of a (shared) swimming pool.

Great house in a great environment
We loved our stay in this house. It's a very nice, modern looking house, with a great outside to eat, sit and a big size garden around the house. the surroundings are great, you are in the middle of the woods, still close to the beach and shops. Bathroom a bit small, but ok. Absolutely would come back here again.

Sehr zufrieden
Insgesamt hat es uns das Haus sehr gut gefallen. Wir haben uns gleich zu Hause gefühlt. Betten waren gemütlich und alles was ein Haushalt braucht war vorhanden. Einzig ein paar gute Schneidemesser und Bretter haben gefehlt. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man rasch im Ort. Wir können die Unterkunft empfehlen.
