Fabulous holiday in a home that exceeded our expectations!

Alain was very helpful throughout. The house is amazing and very well equipped. Location is great for the lake and town. We even cycled to Lacanau Ocean. We found it very difficult to leave....would definitely recommend!!

A wonderful place for a family vacation

Hugely enjoyed our stay in Lacanau. The house is immaculate and very well equipped with a beautiful garden that is a great place to while away hours. The best thing is the easy choice every day of the pool, the lake (amazing for little kids) or the beach (great waves, more adventurous for the older ones). The area is also great for running, cycling and any water sport you can imagine. Lacanau itself is quite quiet but there’s a lovely restaurant (Yellow Bicycle) about 10 mins walk and a great little beach bar close by. Alain is a wonderful host also and couldn’t do enough to help us. Highly recommended.

Ein Stück vom Paradies in Lacanau

Die Unterkunft entspricht genau der Beschreibung und ist in einem sehr gehobenen, ruhigen Wohnumfeld in Lacanau gelegen. Das Haus ist mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtet, bietet eine Fülle an Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten, Sportgeräten und begeistert mit vielen Details bei der Möblierung und der Gartengestaltung. Die Lage insgesamt ist super, der See ist direkt zu Fuß und der Ozeanstrand in Lacanau-Ocean in 15 Minuten mit dem Auto aber auch sehr gut über den Radweg erreichbar. Alle touristischen Attraktionen wie das Arcachon-Becken und auch Bordeaux sind innerhalb einer Stunde mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Es war ein ganz herrlicher Urlaub, wirklich ein Stück vom Paradies! Danke auch Alain für die sehr unkomplizierte, überaus freundliche Kommunikation und Betreuung! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Südfrankreichurlaub ohne Kompromisse

Nach langen Jahren hat es uns mit der (nun fast schon erwachsen gewordenen) Familie wieder einmal nach Südfrankreich an den Atlantik verschlagen. Kurzum: Wir haben jeden Tag genossen und waren alle begeistert. Es beginnt mit der Lage in Lacanau, einem netten und nicht zu überlaufenen Ort. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig in einer Wohnanlage mit ausreichend großem Grundstück und allem Komfort, den es braucht. Es ist authentisch und qualitativ hochwertig wie auch praktisch ausgestattet. Von hier ist man zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad in kürzester Zeit am See und kann Kanu fahren (ein Old Town Kanu gehört zum Haus), Segeln, Kite surfen, SUP fahren oder nur einfach durch das sehr flache Wasser in den See raus schwimmen oder laufen. Genauso schnell ist man im Ort oder im Supermarkt mit großer Auswahl für alle Einkäufe. Von Lacanau sind es dann 10-12km mit dem Fahrrad zum Atlantik. Wir fanden den Strand "Super Sud" ist fantastisch und am wenigsten überlaufen. Der schönste Platz im Haus ist der große Patio mit einem Plancha. Haben wir regelmäßig abends Fisch, Fleisch und Gemüse gegrillt (und ja, man kann auch Spiegelei oder Crepe zum Frühstück damit machen ;-)). Dazu der Pool zur Erfrischung und die Hängematte zum Lesen und abschalten. Trotz der teils großen Hitze tagsüber kühlt es Abends immer angenehm ab und über Nacht dann soweit, dass man ohne Klimaanlage gut schlafen konnte. Das Haus bleibt dazu auf Grund der schön eingewachsenen Lage angenehm kühl. Küchen- und Wohnungsausstattung sind alle von guter Qualität, das Haus ist sauber und gepflegt und man fühlt sich schnell "zu Hause". Der Hausservice und vor allem Alain Zussy sind sehr aufmerksam und sehr daran interessiert, dass es einem gut geht und an nichts fehlt. Hat uns sehr gefallen. Wir kommen gerne noch mal wieder.

Traumhafter Urlaub

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus mit dem Garten, Hängematte und Pool lädt zum entspannen ein. Es ist alles sehr liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles in allem ein wunderschönes Plätzchen zum abschalten und genießen. Wir waren sicher nicht das letzte Mal dort. :-) Auch die Kommunikation im Vorfeld mit unserem Vermieter Alain war sehr nett und zuvorkommend, die Hausverwaltung vor Ort war sehr freundlich und meldete sich bei Fragen sehr zeitnah. Wir können dieses Urlaubsdomizil nur weiterempfehlen! 🤩

Erholung pur für die ganze Familie

Als 4-köpfige Familie inkl. kleinem Hund durften wir tolle Ferientage in diesem wunderbaren & sehr gut ausgestattetem Haus verbringen. Insbesondere der Pool, die Hängematte, das Kanu & die zur Verfügung gestellten Fahrräder wollen an dieser Stelle erwähnt sein. Traumhaftes Haus mit herrlichem Garten

Wir waren mit 2 fast erwachsenen Kindern knapp 2 Wochen bei Alain zu Gast - alle fühlten sich in diesem traumhaften Holzhaus sofort wohl und heimisch. Die Anordnung der Räume ist perfekt für große Essen mit Familie und Freunden; es gibt aber auch genug Rückzugsmöglichkeiten von der Galerie bis hin zur Hängematte unter der großen Pinie. Die Betreuung durch Alain und die Agentur vor Ort war sehr gut, sehr nett und unkompliziert. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll möbliert, die Küche supergut ausgestattet, Geschirr, Geräte, IT, Sanitärräume, einfach alles optisch und technisch auf hohem Niveau. Der Pool ist klein, aber wie der gesamte sehr schön gestaltete Garten komplett uneinsehbar, mit Blick ins Grüne. Unser (kleiner) Hund war genauso glücklich wie wir, er konnte sich auf dem komplett umzäunten Grundstück austoben. Wir haben Tischtennis und Kanufahren wieder für uns entdeckt und können das Haus unbedingt weiterempfehlen. Lieber Alain, vielen Dank für Deine Gastfreundschaft! Wir wollen sehr gerne wiederkommen.

Ein wunderbares Haus in fantastischer Lage

Wir (2 Erwachsene, ein 8-jähriges Kind und unser Hund) haben unseren Urlaub in diesem wundervollen Haus sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und bietet alles was man sich wünschen kann. Sogar eine Tischtennisplatte ist vor Ort. Der Pool ist sehr schön und genau wie das ganze Grundstück perfekt gepflegt. Das Grundstück ist auch komplett eingezäunt, perfekt mit Hund. Zum See ist es nur ein kurzer Spaziergang, genau wie zum Bäcker. Der Ort liegt abseits der Touristen-Massen und gibt einem wirklich ein Gefühl von Urlaub in Frankreich. Der Gastgeber und auch die Agentur vor Ort sind jederzeit hilfsbereit und erreichbar. Wir können dieses Haus absolut empfehlen und kommen sicher wieder.

Tolle Ferien in Haus mit Charme

Danke für die erholsamen Ferien im Haus von Alain! Das ansprechend und individuell eingerichtete Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse, es ist sehr gemütlich und komfortabel eingerichtet. Praktischerweise waren Fahrräder beim Haus, so dass wir jeden Morgen schnell frische Croissants beim Bäcker holen, einen Espresso nehmen und dann gemütlich auf der Terrasse am langen Tisch frühstücken konnten. Fantastisch war auch die Hängematte, mit der wir zwischen den Bäumen entspannen konnten. Die Fernsehecke lädt bei schlechtem Wetter zum Rumlümmeln, Gesellschaftspielen (auch im Haus) oder Fernsehen ein, wir hatten den Laptop dabei und mit dem schnellen Internet konnten wir auch unser Disney+ streamen und den Laptop an den Fernseher anschließen. Supermärkte sind schnell mit dem Rad erreichbar. Alains Kanu ist großartig, wir haben eine tolle Zeit auf dem See gehabt! Auch Lacanau Ocean ist mit dem Auto in 15 Min erreichbar, wir haben sehr genossen, zum Trubel , Restaurants und Strand nach Lacanau Ocean zu fahren, dann aber ungestört im Haus in der Nacht zu schlafen. Alain war für uns ein fürsorglicher Vermieter, er hat immer schnell bei Fragen reagiert. Wir haben tolle, erholsame Ferien in dem Haus verbracht, danke!

Sehr zu empfehlen - Tolles Haus, toller Garten

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche in dem Haus zu acht verbracht. Unsere Erwartungen wurden weit übertroffen. Der Garten mit tollem Pool und Hängematte lädt zum Relaxen ein. Wer es sportlich mag, geht 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum See und nimmt das hauseigene Kanu mit. Wir fühlten uns wie zuhause, denn es fehlte an nichts. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und sehr praktisch ausgestattet. Die Einrichtung ist stilvoll und modern. Leider haben wir den Vermieter nicht persönlich kennengelernt. Die Kommunikation per SMS war aber sehr unkompliziert und die Betreuung vor Ort war durch eine sehr nette Mitarbeiterin einer Agentur sichergestellt.

Charmante maison en bois près du Lac

Le chalet entièrement en bois est tel que sur les photos. Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable car nous avons trouvé une maison parfaitement propre, très bien équipée et décorée avec goût dans le moindre détail. La piscine, les équipements de loisirs pour les enfants, le canoé, les vélos,... tout est fait pour passer un séjour charmant en famille et profiter à fond de l'environnement du lac de Lacanau. Le petit souci d'absence de machine à laver la vaisselle (en réparation pendant notre séjour) a été bien vite oublié. Un grand merci à M. Zussy et sa famille pour cette semaine très agréable dans leur belle maison !

Les propriétaires nous ont mis à disposition leur maison avec tous les éléments qui nous permettaient de nous sentir chez nous (les premiers nécessaires, les installations, l'acceptation de notre chien)...en vacances (piscine, table de ping-pong, vélos,..). De plus, un très bon accompagnement et une réactivité très appréciés. Un grand merci à vous. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine. Nous nous sommes sentis à l'aise dans votre maison grâce aussi à vos conseils et à votre confiance. Adresse conseillée pour les vacances à Lacanau : le lodge de charme près du Lac. :)

Ruhiges, wunderschönes Haus mit tollem Pool

Ihr Bewertungs-Text: Sowohl die überaus freundlichen Vermieter als auch das Haus sind definitiv weiter zu empfehlen. Das Haus liegt in der Nähe zum See Lac de Lacanau, den man fussläufig ganz schnell erreichen kann. Der von Bäumen und Hecken umgebene und somit sichtgeschützte Garten mit dem schönen Pool lädt zum Entspannen ein. Im Haus haben wir uns ebenfalls sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir fanden eine geflegte moderne Einrichtung vor und erhielten eine umfangreiche Einweisung bezüglich technischer Geräte sowie der Poolnutzung. Die Ausstatung des Hauses war sehr gut, es fehlte an nichts, W-LAN war ebenfalls vorhanden. Bei Fragen haben wir die Vermieter mittels WhatsApp kontaktiert und schnell Antworten bekommen. Die Konversation war schnell und sehr freundlich. Mit den Fahrrädern konnten wir den Atlantik in Lacanau-Ocean binnen 40 Minuten erreichen, die Fahrradstrecken, die man auch gut als Jogginstrecken nutzen konnte, waren sehr schön. Insgesamt hat der Aufenthalt unserer 4-köpfigen Familie dort wirklich super gut gefallen und die Vermieter haben mit ihrer Freundlichkeit sehr viel dazu beigetragen.

Un excellent séjour dans une maison à vivre

Le vrai "plus" est le fait que les propriétaires y vivent pendant l'année. Du coup, tout y est ! Et la maison est bien entretenue. Que ce soit le côté pratique : cuisine et salle de bains équipées, produits ménagers, barbecue en dur, plancha ..., le côté loisirs : piscine, canoé, ping-pong, jeux de plage, vélos ..., la partie confort : jardin arboré, hamac, coin télé en mezzanine pour les enfants, immense terrasse couverte mais ouverte et fraîche, ...). Le quartier est résidentiel et calme, la maison se trouve à 400 m du lac. Notre seul regret est le fait que l'on soit un peu loin du front de mer / plages océanes en période de forte affluence. Pour résumé, une belle demeure qui nous a permis de passer d'excellentes vacances
