Lacanau-Océan in the center of the resort, close to the central beach, lively area. For 4 persons this flat is located on the 3third floor with sea view from the balcony and lift access. The living room has a kitchen area. One bedroom with a double bed - On the entrance, a corner with bunk bed is setting up. There is a shower room opening on the entrance. Toilets are independents. The balcony has garden furniture. There is a private underground garage (be carefull, it's very small, L=4,30m x l=1,98m x H=1,94m : good for your bikes and surf equipment, not ideal for cars). Please note that parking places are paying in the city center. Beaches and shopping are 30 metres away, golf is 3km away, lake is 6 km away. The area can be noisy in high-season. REF 01352
