Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, trampoline, washing machine. Ein Ort zum Entspannen
Wir (zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder) haben im Juli 2020 einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub in diesem ansprechenden Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Haus liegt in Vinez, einem ruhigen Stadtteil. Es wurde 2019 fertiggestellt und bietet durch seine Größe sehr viel Platz. Es ist modern, sehr gepflegt und sehr gut ausgestattet (Küche, Bäder, Wohn- und Essbereich, Schlafzimmer). Im unteren Bereich des Hauses lädt eine große Terrasse mit Sommerküche und Poolbereich zum Entspannen und Grillen ein. Daneben gibt es auf dem Grundstück eine große Wiese mit einem Trampolin und viel Platz für andere Aktivitäten (z. B. für Badminton).
Der Kontakt zu den Besitzern (Marina & Albert) war sehr angenehm. Sie waren sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und haben damit zu dem angenehmen Aufenthalt beigetragen. Die Verständigung erfolgte über Englisch und Deutsch. Das Haus und der Ort sind sehr empfehlenswert. Wir kommen gern wieder!
