This impressive 4-bedroom holiday villa is immersed in the green hills of the Istrian village, on a large privately own estate.
The opulent Villa Luxury Retreat extends over 2 floors. The ground floor consists of a kitchen with a dining room, a living room with cozy seating, and a fireplace. In addition, there is a tavern with a second fireplace.
One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor, while the rest of the three bedrooms is on the second floor. Each of them has a private bathroom with a shower.
The large outdoor patio includes a heatable pool (heating of the pool is charged extra 45€ per day). Besides, there is an outdoor dining table with a covered terrace and grill facilities.
Guests have more than 7.000 m2 of land at the disposal. It contains a private tennis court, golf training course, private forest, and beautifully landscaped lawns. Next, near the villa are the orchards and gardens where the guests are free to pick fruits. Further, there is a small domestic animal park where you can meet sheep, chickens, turkeys, and rabbits in their natural habitat.
Along with connecting with nature and getting familiar with the Istrian tradition, here, you can truly relax your body and mind. Spa services, private chef, and private tours are available on request (with surcharge).
In less than 10 minute drive you can reach the closest beach and tourist resort Rabac with bars and restaurants. Within a 1-hour drive reach you can visit the towns on the Istrian western and southern side and in the land. We recommend visiting Pula and Porec, as well as taking the day trip to Brijuni national park.
